The location is superb! It's incredibly close to Jiaxing Station and right next to South Lake, making the South Lake Scenic Area easily accessible on foot. The hotel's design beautifully incorporates the lake into its landscape, and with a nearby pagoda in view, every turn within the property offers a new, picturesque scene. Dining options are excellent. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including many distinctive local snacks. The Chinese restaurant's dishes are also delicious, and the portions are very generous. The rooms are very spacious, bright, and clean. Our upgraded suite even featured a lovely small balcony. There are also numerous comfortable lounging areas along the paths leading to the rooms. The service is exceptionally thoughtful and meticulous. All staff members are incredibly warm, friendly, and proactive in offering assistance. The hotel's internal shuttle service is very prompt, and they consistently go above and beyond to meet guests' needs. Overall, my stay experience was absolutely fantastic, and a significant portion of this wonderful experience can be attributed to the truly outstanding and attentive service.

A superb value hotel. Highly recommended. Newly renovated, the hotel is stylish and refined. Even during the May Day holiday, the prices were acceptable. The hotel is quite spacious, which helped disperse the crowds, so it never felt noisy. The business twin room, at 40 square meters, is generously sized and very comfortable. The garden outside the gym is also quite beautiful. Cross the bridge directly opposite the hotel, and in about 5 minutes, you'll reach Haogu Pagoda. Climbing the pagoda offers panoramic views of the entire South Lake. There's a beautiful greenway around South Lake, with weeping willows and clear blue waters, making for a very pleasant stroll. Turning right from the hotel, a 10-minute walk brings you to the Zicheng Ruins, with the Grand Cathedral right next door. A tram station is conveniently located by the cathedral. Xiexi Street is located behind the hotel, and a 15-minute walk will bring you to the famous Shaomai eateries there. Just to the right of the hotel, there's an ice cream shop. Their pecan ice cream is delicious, and their lemon-chili flavored ice cream is surprisingly amazing. Also nearby are a Wufangzhai specialty store and a cozy cat cafe. The hotel breakfast, priced at a very reasonable 38 RMB per person, offers great value. It includes live cooking stations for noodles and wontons, as well as fruit salads, freshly brewed coffee, and kid-friendly options like cereal and yogurt. Yuehe Street is also within easy reach. Hotel parking is free, and there are ample spaces, even during long holidays. Overall, highly recommended!

The hotel breakfast offers a rich variety. The gym is well-equipped, and the swimming pool is clean and uncrowded, perfect for relaxation. A friend recommended this hotel for a one-night stay, and it was perfect for taking the kids out. First, the hotel is right inside Nanhu Tiandi; just park your car and take the elevator. It's very convenient for dining, shopping, and sightseeing, especially now that the weather is hot, enjoying the night view in the evening is a great experience. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Secondly, the hotel provides complimentary qipao and hanfu clothing, as well as its own garden, just out the back door—it's photogenic. Taking photos yourself at the hotel is definitely enough. Since we were traveling with our mothers, we wanted to give them a unique experience, so we booked a photographer and makeup artist on the hotel's recommendation. They were both fantastic! The communication was smooth, the staff were friendly, and most importantly, the photography and makeup skills were top-notch. The mothers were all very satisfied. Since we made a last-minute decision, we didn't bring any clothes, as there aren't many styles or sizes here. If you need any, you can bring your own clothes, and that would be perfect.

Good experience, The attentive staff ensured a smooth and welcoming check-in experience. The rooms were impeccably kept with all the necessary amenities. My day got off to a great start with a tasty and plentiful breakfast buffet. As a frequent traveler who relies on taxis, I can't speak to the traffic convenience, but I can confirm that the hotel's entrance provides convenient drop-off and pick-up points for cars.

The lady at the front desk who checked in at night was very nice and got a free room upgrade. Because Ctrip check-in provides children's toiletries and check-in fruits. The room is large and the floor is high. It's a very comfortable stay. Any problems will be solved promptly The breakfast buffet on the 25th floor is particularly great. The breakfast is rich. The service awareness of the waiters is great. The dishes are closed in a timely manner. There are many Shanghainese around. Many elderly people recognize it very much. The must-visit places during daytime search are all nearby. The location is amazing and there are many places to eat. I must stay here again next time and will recommend friends to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located, offering beautiful surroundings and excellent facilities and services. It's very close to the Jiaxing Sports Center Stadium, and I was able to reach the Jiaxing stop while staying there to watch Bibi Zhou's tour. It's also very convenient for exploring the city, and the experience was fantastic. Recommended.

Pros: Parking was convenient. The lobby was spacious with plenty of seating areas and complimentary refreshments, showing thoughtful planning rather than just a standard setup. Overall service was excellent and friendly. The front desk staff were proactive and helpful, and housekeeping was very prompt. Breakfast service was also very well-managed. Lingguo (a staff member) provided particularly thoughtful service, always checking in on our needs. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling balcony doors and windows, along with the sliding bathroom door, created a grand and luxurious feel. The bathroom itself was very spacious, fitted with high-end brands, and the hairdryer was excellent. The quality of the amenities made every penny feel worthwhile. The bathtub even featured a caddy for drinks and snacks, perfect for enjoying a soak, and disposable bath liners were also provided. A drying rack in the bathroom was also a thoughtful and practical addition for laundry. The room's lighting control panel was very convenient, offering several modes activated with a single touch. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. It's a photographer's dream – incredibly photogenic, you can capture fantastic shots without even leaving the hotel, and you'll have the view all to yourself. The night view was equally atmospheric and perfect for photos. The room entrance featured a wooden screen partition, effectively separating the entryway from the main sleeping area – a thoughtful touch that provided a nice sense of quiet and privacy. This area also had a long desk with a very comfortable chair, which was perfect for our child's online classes. The hotel offered intangible cultural heritage experiences, which needed to be booked a day in advance; I didn't get a chance to try them due to time constraints. However, I did use the complimentary drink voucher provided by the hotel for a tea house just a two-minute walk away. On a hot afternoon, I met up with friends and family there. The tea house was wonderfully air-conditioned, had beautiful window views, offered private rooms, and even had an adorable resident cat. I enjoyed it so much that I went back for two consecutive afternoons. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Yuehe Ancient Town. For local cuisine, I highly recommend 'Zou Da Xian' (the main branch is less than a five-minute walk from the hotel). There's also one of the area's top Japanese restaurants right behind the hotel. Overall, this hotel's location is incredibly convenient for me, and I would definitely choose it again in the future. Cons: There was no room service menu in the room. I suppose guests here might not typically use room service. I tried calling the restaurant to order, but it wasn't possible, so I had to go downstairs to eat. This was quite perplexing to me; perhaps in the era of food delivery apps, everyone just opts for takeout. Another minor drawback was that the breakfast selection was exactly the same for both days, which was a first for me. To be honest, the breakfast was delicious enough to motivate me to get up early, and I especially loved the small wontons. However, I was surprised that the menu didn't change at all over two days. There was no capsule coffee machine in the room, and the breakfast coffee was quite subpar.

I drove back to Shanghai during the May Day holiday and decided to stay there on short notice. Ramada is excellent in all aspects, with good facilities, quiet and comfortable, and good breakfast. The room is large and the surrounding area is very convenient. It is an old four-star hotel with a very high cost performance.
