Finally a hotel that is a true five star hotel by European standards. Great service throughout our stay and a delicious breakfast. We booked an executive room and had the benefits of having access to the executive lounge with a decent standard and great view. The best of all was that my daughter had a small accident and the hotel staff accompanied us to the nearest hospital and took care of our girl so well. Truly appreciated, especially since we as foreigners don’t speak Chinese. Conclusion: this is one of the better hotels that we stayed in in China.

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

Overall a good experience. I have to point out though that the pool is lukewarm and not fully heated. I would also like to point out that the concierge chose to speak in mandarin to my friend and didn’t include me in the conversation even though the booking I made was on my name and he was able to speak English. I had to guess what was happening the entire time.

During my trip to Jiaxing, I had the honor of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Jiaxing. This experience impressed me deeply and I felt that the trip was worthwhile. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm and friendly staff left a deep first impression on me. They were filled with sincere smiles and greeted every guest cordially, making people feel the warmth of home instantly. The hotel's guest rooms are exquisitely and elegantly decorated, spacious and bright. The beds are soft and comfortable, as if you are in the clouds, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. The facilities in the room are complete and well maintained. Whether it is a high-speed and stable wireless network or an intelligent control system, it adds great convenience to your stay. The hotel's catering is even more commendable. The breakfast variety is rich and varied, from Chinese porridge to Western pastries, everything is available, and every dish is fresh and delicious, which can meet the taste needs of different guests. The restaurant has an elegant environment and thoughtful service, allowing people to enjoy the food while also feeling a pleasant dining atmosphere. In addition, the hotel's leisure and entertainment facilities are also very complete. The gym has advanced equipment and the swimming pool has clear water, allowing people to relax and stay energetic during their busy schedule. It is worth mentioning that the hotel has a superior geographical location and convenient transportation around it, which makes it very convenient to go to the city attractions or shopping areas. In short, Hilton Garden Inn Jiaxing has created a warm and comfortable home away from home for every guest with its excellent service, comfortable environment and complete facilities. Next time I come to Jiaxing, this will still be my first choice.

The hotel's surroundings are quiet and beautiful, and its location is very competitive and convenient for travel. Although the furniture and facilities in the hotel are quite old, the maintenance level is very good and the living experience is comfortable.

Great hotel, on February 2, the Dragon Raises its Head, Nanhu Lake experiences the red culture. The hotel is located in Nanhu Tiandi, and you can park in the basement by car. The hotel is beautiful, with a unique design and is also very clean. The upgraded room faces Nanhu Lake directly. The air is fresh in the morning and the birds are singing. At the same time, I also gained love here, and I am very grateful for the hotel's help. The breakfast is also beautiful and delicious. I will come again next time!

I booked a twin bed on the third floor of Building 1. The room was very big, with two 1.35m large beds, comfortable to sleep in, with a balcony, facing the lake, quiet, and good views. The basin countertop in the bathroom was a bit old, but it was cleaned quite well, and there were 6 bottles of drinking water, which was very generous! I arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock in the morning and wanted to store my luggage to go out and play, but I didn't expect the front desk to say that they could arrange a clean room for us to check in first, which was very considerate; after dinner, when I returned to the hotel, the waiter had already disposed of the garbage in the trash can, and replenished the bottled water, and presented fresh fruits. The red grapes were delicious and sweet 😋, give a thumbs up 👍. The scenery in the hotel is also good. Although it is winter, there are fewer colors but there are still many green plants. The hotel itself has eight major views to walk around. The hotel is built by Nanhu Lake. There are two small doors where you can directly swipe the room card to go out and walk along the Nanhu Lake. It is very good. If you are interested, you can walk all the way to Nanhu Tiandi, which is estimated to be about 20 minutes. The lights in Nanhu Tiandi are very beautiful at night, and there are also a lot of food, rich and frugal. Let's talk about the hotel's breakfast. It suits my taste very well. It features Chinese style, rich variety, fresh dishes, and many snacks, such as small rice dumplings, small meat buns, small steamed cakes, Dingsheng cakes, steamed pumpkins, etc. There is also black grain rice juice, which is very good. Drinking a cup in the morning is very warm. The only drawback is that the two sessions happened to be held on the day of check-in. At noon, the hotel restaurant was receiving people attending the meeting. Individual guests can only go to Building 10 for dinner. The meal standard is 300 yuan per person. The dishes are prepared by the kitchen and cannot be selected. This is a bit unreasonable. The female receptionist's expression is very cold! We were so scared that we decided to eat outside. We bought a set meal with afternoon tea. There were more afternoon tea snacks and desserts, which were a bit greasy. The coffee was not bad, and the small fruit plate was also delicious.

The hotel is very convenient to drive to, there are several entrances, it is also very convenient to park the car in the basement and take the elevator to the lobby. The room is also good and you can enjoy the night view. Next time I come to Jiaxing, I will choose Dragon Dream Hotel.
