AAnonymous UserWatching the wupeng boats slowly glide across the water, the creaking of oars mingling with the soft Wu dialect on the shore, even the wind carried the gentle scent of bluestone and aged wood. Jiajia, our housekeeper, was warm and attentive, providing exceptionally thoughtful service. She was meticulous, paying attention to every detail, explaining the map to us, circling the dyeing workshop's backyard and the century-old teahouse, and even describing the Dingsheng cake in detail.
Staying here felt like immersing myself in the slow pace of the ancient town, with its poetic charm of small bridges and flowing water, and Jiajia's smile becoming the most tender memory of this journey.

SSophieMOur stay at 盛庭行馆 was truly the highlight of our trip to Wuzhen. From the moment we checked in until after we left, our butler 露佳provided impeccable service and constant care. She checked in with us regularly, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect.
During our visit, I celebrated my birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it special — with a beautifully decorated room and a lovely cake. 露佳also gave excellent recommendations for local food and attractions, and made restaurant reservations for us effortlessly through messages.
The room was elegant and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere felt both refined and welcoming. Although we visited during the Theater Festival and the town was quite crowded, the serenity and hospitality of 盛庭行馆 made it a peaceful retreat amidst the bustle.
I would absolutely choose to stay here again, perhaps at a quieter time, to enjoy even more of its charm.

GGuest UserBooked a suite at the Hilton Jiaxing via Trip.com, and the experience far exceeded my expectations! Upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the expansive space. The living room and bedroom were distinctly zoned, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a picturesque panorama of the city skyline blending with the serene lake. With the lights on at night, the ambiance was absolutely captivating.
Every detail in the suite showed thoughtful consideration: the bedding was cloud-soft, allowing me to drift off to sleep instantly. The bathroom featured a modern wet/dry separation and an oversized bathtub, perfect for soaking away a day's fatigue. The mini-bar was well-stocked with a great selection of drinks, instantly making it feel like a cozy home away from home.
The service was simply impeccable. Duty Manager Cathy provided a flawless response to all requests. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and room service was incredibly prompt – when I requested an extra pillow in the evening, it was delivered within minutes.
The breakfast the next day offered a huge variety, with both Chinese and Western options – definitely a must-try!
Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, this place offers a perfect experience. It has already been added to my go-to list for stays in Jiaxing!

MM554496****This time, I stayed at Tong'an Inn inside Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area. The room was clean and well-equipped. It was quite spacious and had good ventilation. There was even a direct drinking water tap. The stay included two scenic area tickets, and the best part was unlimited entry and exit to the scenic area from 12 PM on the first day until 12 PM on the second day. The electric shuttle within the scenic area was also free to use. Our hotel butler, Ms. Dang, even asked us in advance about our arrival time. She picked us up from the scenic area entrance and escorted us to the hotel. After check-in, she thoughtfully explained everything about our stay, including how to book the morning tea service. She was very considerate and attentive, giving her a big thumbs up 👍. All in all, I was very satisfied with this trip! Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area is beautiful both day and night.
