Nice and clean hotel,with very comfortable bed.We took a room with hot spring inside which is not necessary,this hot spring near window and water there fill very slow.Swimming pool and hot springs in another building,have shuttle to get there,also can walk around few minutes.Breakfast was good ,but for dinner need to go to closest with hotel restaurants,have some good

We were very happy with the room; it was spacious, and the front desk upgraded us from another hotel. The room even had a hot spring bath, and the bed was huge. The only downside was that the TV didn't work – no signal, and cable TV wasn't working either. We called for a repair, but they couldn't fix it on the spot and said they'd need to escalate it to engineering. Since it was already very late, we just told them to forget about it. It makes you wonder why the TVs aren't checked regularly. How could it not work? My kids couldn't even watch TV, so they ended up watching their iPads. Dining at the hotel's Rumengyuan restaurant was also a frustrating experience. One of the female servers had a bad attitude. We ordered an extra dish, but by the time we finished all our other food, it still hadn't arrived. We reminded her two or three times, and she kept saying it was a slow dish and would take time. We couldn't cancel it because she claimed it was already cooking and would be ready in five minutes. I timed her, and after five minutes, it still wasn't ready. In the end, we just paid and left without the dish.

Although the breakfast on the second day was not a buffet, there were many varieties and I couldn't finish it. The service was also very good. I walked around the hotel and it was very tasteful. I can stay in this hotel again. I recommend it.

酒店地段一級棒，周邊有大商場，用餐，出行都很方便！應該是離杉達大學最近的一個酒店了，走路即可到達學校南門，房費還包含高鐵站接送任選一次，這性價比確實不錯
