設施：酒店地處景區隔壁，有個小門直接就能進西塘，裝修風格清新典雅。
衞生：洗漱台和衞生間都是獨立的房間或隔間，衞生間帶有浴缸，可惜時間緊也沒享受到，如果步數走的很多的話是個必須考慮的選項。
環境：景區旁風景秀麗，鬧中取靜，交通便利，開車的話能夠很便利的到達。
服務：前台服務熱情，晚上在我們從小門去西塘的時候，前台小姐姐禮貌的給我們指引了方向並目送我們去往，提醒我們小心腳下的台階。

酒店環境很不錯，臨湖有庭院，非常乾淨整潔，古色古香。緊靠景區，去古鎮非常方便。房間寬敞舒適，免費給我們升級了房型，而且入住時主動提供小朋友的洗漱用具，走時還有小禮品，很貼心。早餐非常好吃，品種齊全，邊欣賞庭院邊享受美食。前台保安餐廳服務員保潔阿姨所有人都很親切。還會再去的，超級贊
