酒店前台服務不錯，同行中有長者和孩子，還給升級了房型，非常感謝！酒店整體環境也不錯，各項設施都到位，不過説實在，距離五星還是有不小的差距，早餐也不錯！晚餐的自助火鍋也還行，住店有優惠價！

一進來就覺得是很有年代感的酒店，只是把房間翻新了一下，但是牀頭櫃只有1個能充電的口子，廁所倒是有2個usb+一個電源插座，當時完全不知道這酒店是怎麼想的。
到了第二天早上感受了餐飲部的服務態度才明白：這個酒店的管理層的管理理念還活在30年前，彷彿住客去吃早餐是去討飯的，拿多了一點吃的還要忍受服務員的冷嘲熱諷。有個小女孩子的一片小麪包沒吃完想拿出去餵魚，服務員什麼話都沒説，一個健步沖過去搶下小女孩的麪包不讓她拿出去，那怎麼了你還能把這麪包放回籃子裏再給人吃啊？（估計小女孩都嚇了一跳）最後一天，看到隔壁桌有人沒來吃早飯，同住的要幫她打包一下，居然還不給打包盒彷彿拿幾個熱包子要了他們部門的什麼一樣的。我住過好多酒店，哪怕5星級酒店我也看到過人家來打包的，哈爾濱有的酒店還免費提供打包盒給你打包以免午飯趕火車來不及吃。也不知道在拽什麼？怪不得隔壁桌的老爺叔説：去年還行，今年一塌糊塗。
建議都不要去住了，餐廳冷的要命所有人都是穿着棉襖吃早飯了，問了還説開空調了。真的是摳門的嚇人，衹進不出啊~~
隔音也很差，嗓門大一點的在外面講話，裏面聽的一清二楚。
打掃衞生的阿姨工作很認真，每天都要進來服務打掃。

房間裏有圓形大浴缸，和寶寶泡澡很舒服。户外有很大的小童樂園，滑梯、鞦韆、蹺蹺板都有，還能喂喂魚，遊游泳。
