It's my first time staying in a hotel and I'm so satisfied with it. The room is very clean and has no odor. It's very close to the scenic spot and very convenient. You can walk there in a few steps. The service in the hotel is also very good. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was recommended which snacks are worth buying.

The hotel is in a spectacular position inside the old city, very close to the love bridge.
Our room had a fantastic view on the river and was very large, comfortable and clean. The staff was super kind and helpful. They were ready to gently satisfy all out requests, and came to pick us up from the North gate on the check-in day and they walked us back to the gate at the check-out. We loved staying here, thank you.

I booked a hotel for the Xitang Hanfu Festival. Before I even checked in, I could already feel the warmth and thoughtfulness of the landlady. She pointed out the parking lot and even went out to pick me up. There is an additional bedding for the two adults and one child, and one person can sleep on the couch. The hotel is strategically located, a five-minute walk from the main venue and a ten-minute walk from the entrance of Xietang Bay. When you are tired from shopping, you can always go back to the hotel to take a break and enjoy the air conditioning. The only drawback is that the bathroom has no door, which is a bit embarrassing, and the bathroom can easily wake up other people in the morning.

Not many people came to Xitang this time, maybe because of the college entrance examination. But the ancient town with few people is more beautiful and quiet. Our family wandered in the old streets of the ancient town, strolling around various small shops, shopping for small things and snacks. I returned to the hotel to rest when I was tired. The hotel was well booked this time. The facilities were new, complete, and clean. The children liked the rocking chair in the room very much, and the stay was very quiet. The boss is very enthusiastic and introduces food and fun! Recommend!

Facilities: The room facilities are very good, the bedding is very textured, and the disposable supplies are complete. Smart toilet, dry and wet separation is very convenient to use.
Environment: As soon as you come in, you will be hidden in the city. The courtyard is very large and the large terrace on the second floor will take you into the garden.
Service: The front desk lady is very polite, wearing traditional Chinese costumes, and guiding the scenic route. Very satisfied

The breakfast is rich and has local characteristics. Dinner could not be enjoyed, and the wedding banquet affected the guests' dining, so they could only find solutions in social catering. The room is large, clean and tidy, with complete facilities. Very satisfied with the stay.

The accommodation experience is very good. The boss is a local, warm and hospitable, very talkative, and humorous. The house is in the scenic area. If you drive there, the boss will reserve a parking space in advance. The room we booked is very warm and unique. We like it very much. There is a large terrace outside the room and a large bathtub in the room. I took a bath with my children. It was very comfortable and refreshing. If I come again next time, I will definitely stay at his house again

AAnonymous UserThe building is in the shape of a Chinese character ”回”, and there are some twists and turns, which makes it easy to get lost and is not very friendly to the blind. Fortunately, all the employees are very friendly and have shown me the way many times when I was confused. Especially all the older employees, the old sisters, are kind and friendly, and they are very good at communication. When the children were swimming, the little brother silently cooked brown sugar ginger tea on the side, and the tea temperature was just right when they got ashore. Before checking in, the customer service asked the number of people clearly, and the guest room directly laid an extra tatami and added a bed guard, etc. The waiter who made the night bed prepared toys for the children and cut a plate of oranges, full of details. I visited the farm twice, and the chicken 👀 target was exceeded. I picked vegetables and took a drink and rest, pretending to be a farmer. The only regret is that I only stayed for one night, and I checked out before the artistic bacteria had time to grow.

After checking in, we just happened to take a night tour of Xitang to experience the night charm of the thousand-year-old town of Xitang. The hotel is in a great location, right at the north entrance of the scenic area, which is very convenient for going out to play. The environment and sanitation are even better. The courtyard-style garden architecture allows people to experience the different feelings of the hustle and bustle during the day and the tranquility at night. The lady at the front desk saw that there were three of us in my family, and very considerately upgraded us to a room with a small courtyard, and guided us to the door of the room. The hotel facilities are fashionable, functional, and practical. It is strongly recommended as the first choice hotel for visiting Xitang Scenic Area!

The overall environment is good and the location is suitable. It's a short distance from the scenic spot, and there are many places to eat on the way. If you don’t want to eat inside the scenic spot, you can buy some food along the way back. The boss was also very attentive in helping us send our luggage upstairs and introduced the ticket buying process.

MMaryanah BtePositives - The room assigned to me on the 2nd floor is big with a double bed that could be a little hard but that is normal for beds in China. There is a huge bath tub and toilet which looks like the Japanese toilet but the bidet function is not working and the flushing function is working. There are the usual amenities such as disposable towels in plastic and slippers. There is a balcony overlooking the river with a table and 4 chairs for guests to seat together. It is a very good location facing the famed covered tiled roof street and many eateries around. I checked that the prices sold are reasonable when compared to same items sold in Shanghai.
Area for improvement. The location of the inn is quite difficult for me to find as there is no map to indicate where it is and there is no English signage to show the direction. I have to ask around and I managed to figure out the street name in English. I wish there is a drop-off location mentioned for the taxi drivers to follow. The owners cannot speak English at all and I rely on Google translate to converse with them.

GGuest UserThe proprietress called her Sister Pan. She was kind, enthusiastic and very charming. I heard the aunt introduce all the scenes. She took care of the garden by herself... From pulling ****s, pruning and planting, it took a lot of work and effort. Everything was aesthetic, natural and comfortable. Simple and elegant! It was full of praise. We were also recommended by friends. Although the breakfast was simple, it was delicious. It was the most authentic local delicacy, shredded pork noodles with pickled vegetables, wonton eggs, and sweet potatoes freshly dug out of the ground. They were fresh and fragrant. The Chinese tradition is passed down by word of mouth, and it is a B&B worth recommending. And the room is clean and tidy. I was tired after driving here, and I felt great as soon as I entered the yard. It has a very relaxing a**osphere. I like it so much, hahahaha.

TThoreHaoshe Inn (or HouseInn) is a nice and clean hotel. The manager Jiao is super nice and very helpful. The hotel has a perfect location in relation to Xitang Ancient Town. It is far enough from the noisy bar-booming area to be quiet and tranquil, yet there’s only 30 meters to the scenic area. You are, in fact, already in the scenic area when you are at this hotel. Naturally, it is not a luxury hotel but it is extremely good value for money. My room didn’t have a view but there was a window and a well-working aircondtioner. I strongly recommend this hotel. I’m backpacking alone and this was just what I needed.

1. The hotel bought tickets for NT$70 each, with the same size and price, but I didn’t buy one of them, which resulted in a long wait at the entrance of the scenic spot, which was unreliable.
2. Booked a parent-child room, the beds can be joined together very conveniently, 3 meters 2 large and 2 small is very spacious. But the hygiene is really not complimentable, the floor is really dirty.
3. The check-in attitude at the front desk was very good, and they gave popcorn snacks when they saw children.
4. The room I stayed in was close to the elevator entrance. At 1 o'clock in the middle of the night, there was yelling and laughing in the corridor. Many rooms were awakened, and the hotel did not respond.
