酒店環境很好，中央水景很出片。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，水和飲料都很充足。酒店早餐豐富，晚餐也訂了酒店的，肉汁蘿蔔和烤鴨好評。馬路對面還有農場，適合遛娃。

酒店環境很美，農場可玩性很高，小朋友玩的很開心，超出想象的出片，小朋友回來了還想去，離西塘很近，夜遊西塘很不錯，周邊良人市也碰到了很多有意思的主理人，買了心儀的禮物，特別感謝管家小周，小朋友在雞舍玩時不小心被公雞爪子劃傷了手臂，溝通後立馬送來了碘酒先消毒，很感謝，遇到一羣可以的人！

從設計規劃、細節服務，可以説是非常讚的短途假日體驗。有機的特色深入吃的和用的。早餐品種很多，自製酸奶、時蔬、麪食；中餐廳烤鴨名不虛傳。房間裏的床上用品以及用到過的對過敏性鼻炎最舒服的棉柔巾；每個房間提供三種不同水供選擇。spa使用泰國有機按摩油，沒有工業化的香氣，補水效果也不錯。端午有良人市集，雖然雨天有些影響，酒店出來閑步逛逛，完美避開景區遊人。入住前管家小薪的服務就開始了，基本一個微信搞定所有需求。至於被大家寫了很多的藝術品，確實，丁乙周春芽還有很多當代藝術家的作品就在酒店各個角落，疊加光影效果，藝術也顯得不那麼遙不可及。整體體驗完全凸顯治癒 healing - 良壤的品牌特質之一。
