出來旅遊已經八天了，今天是體驗最差的一次！且不説環境設施一般，僅服務態度就讓人一言難盡！登記房間時説在三樓但沒電梯，本想退房，但告訴我們説行李有保安幫着拿，不用擔心，結果該上樓了説保安不在沒辦法幫忙提上樓，衹有自己來，很費勁…第二天退房，讓前台找人幫忙提箱子，結果又説沒人，沒辦法…沒人就沒人吧，態度還特別沖，説話頭都不抬，愛搭不理，實在是氣人！
