酒店設施和用品令人滿意，工作人員親切友好，能感受到對寵物是發自內心的喜愛，對於客人提出的要求能儘可能儘快地予以解決。建議對人類的餐食能更加豐富一些。

帶寵度假天花板！ 酒店服務全程超貼心友好，真正把毛孩子當家人！寵物泳池讓“吸溜”玩瘋了，游完泳立刻洗澡超省心。必須誇美容師王田俊，手法温柔又專業，“吸溜”享受得不行，美容完還送了兩包小零食！晚上剛好趕上酒店彩蛋：酒店放煙花！房間離得超近，感覺煙花都要“砸”臉上了，就是“吸溜太不爭氣了，嚇得直接竄💩出來哈哈哈哈，酒店整體細節都滿分，寵物友好做到極致，徹底圈粉，下次還來！

非常滿意的一次行程，一個可以讓毛孩子盡情撒歡的地方。對於狗狗非常友好，服務超貼心，超一流。能看出每個服務員對於毛孩子都充滿了喜愛及寬容，酒店設施設備都很齊全，處處都為毛孩子設想周到，既有可以和毛孩子共進早餐的獨立區域，又有可以寄養毛孩子，自己享受早餐的地方。泳池也很乾凈，最後洗的香香後滿意而歸，美容小哥也是超nice，一個還會再去的地方。

一個月內第二次入住寵嶼。當鏟屎官十年，第一次碰到真正的寵物友好，因為這裏狗子可以去任何地方。每個店員非常熱情，看得出是真的喜歡狗狗。貓咖裏的貓貓很多都是流浪收留的，店狗Clover以前也是小流浪，現在都被照顧得毛色油亮。酒店還有專給狗狗的游泳池，消毒工作非常到位。酒店有提供寵物專屬早餐，下午茶，很適合男毛孩子。酒店房間也夠大，狗子喜歡三樓的外景陽台房，晚上吹吹風，很舒服。酒店南岸還有不少商家，都是寵物友好的，可以吃飯，喝酒，逛街。南岸步行五分鐘就到西塘古鎮了，毛孩子都能進哦。整體感覺非常好，以後會經常來這帶毛孩子度個假。

第二次來了，一家名副其實的寵物友好，酒店內任何地方狗狗都能去。還是選擇了庭院房，房間依然事先擺放了將軍的帥照。酒店有一個寵物游泳池，愛游泳的毛孩子的樂園。不用擔心泳池的衞生問題，一家狗狗游完，管家們會立馬換水清洗，迎接下一個毛孩子。酒店有一塊草坪，雖然不大，但是足夠毛孩子撒歡，還有小車車，可以讓毛孩子兜風。酒店有店狗🐶豆經理，還有收養了好幾衹貓貓，都性格很好，隨便擼。感謝管家莉莉，管家小陳等熱情專業貼心的服務，每個工作人員都非常喜歡毛孩子，大家都很有耐心。一場人寵完美的出行！

種草好久，終於帶麻球寶寶體驗了傳説中寵物友好天花板的西塘寵嶼酒店。感謝酒店經理Peter幫我們免費升級了庭院房，並提前佈置好房間，不僅有狗狗的小床，狗狗的洗護毛巾、玩具、還打印了麻球的照片以及手寫的歡迎卡片，還有給寶貝特別準備的農夫山泉嬰兒級礦泉水。
酒店的服務特別好，能感覺到把狗狗也當成客人在招待，每次看到麻球都會打招呼，酒店的各項設施都很棒，可以感受到很多細節都是從寵物視角精心設計的。
體驗過游泳之後還給麻球洗了個澡，小哥哥也是超級耐心細緻，小狗子開心得合不攏嘴。另外特別感謝晚間客房服務的小美女，特別準備了紅糖薑茶，很感動～

帶修狗去了酒店自帶的農場，可以撒腿兒跑，又追小雞小鴨，還和小羊、小兔玩，狗娃們玩得超開心
