酒店是不錯的，但我真的無法理解現在對前台都不做培訓的嗎？我在預訂9.10-9.12房間的時候，為了防止我和朋友到達的時間不同，辦理入住會很麻煩，在入住人那一欄填寫了兩個人的名字，並且攜程這邊顯示修改名字是需要店家審核的。9.12我因為行程問題先行離開，朋友決定續住，卻被前台告知我們9.10就取消了訂單，我當時就把訂單截圖發送給了朋友，訂單顯示“已完成”。前台給我打電話，明裡暗裡都在説，是我9.10下午兩點左右辦理入住，在晚上八點的時候又把這個訂單取消了（因為攜程顯示在八點之前是可以隨意取消訂單的）我請問，如果我取消了訂單，貴店還會讓我心安理得的住兩晚上嗎？我當即表示我這邊顯示訂單一切正常我根本沒有取消。我説如果覺得是我在欺騙，我可以直接添加vx把訂單頁面發送給前台來確認。前台卻説不用，且一直説查了就是取消的狀態。後來得知他在一開始用朋友名字查詢發現朋友之前9.9預訂後取消了，我後來預訂的房間。9.9取消也和前台所説的9.10取消完全不符啊？前台用單人名字查詢不到，為什麼不能考慮到用兩人名字一起查呢？為什麼在電話裏要反覆問是不是我取消了？查到一個9.9取消的訂單就以為我9.10來了之後鑽空子白*了嗎？難道前台認為什麼是錯的，什麼就是錯的了？兩位前台怎麼不能動下腦呢？查都沒查完整就直接説是我這邊取消了，放誰身上誰得了啊？
