This a modern, well-managed, nice hotel. The staff were hospitable and very helpful. There was a language barrier but one staff member would come and translate for the others. The rooms are comfortable, well-furnished and well-maintained. The matres was very comfortable. Thank you. They have an indoor and an outdoor pool. There are green walking areas on the hotel property and across the street. The Breakfast and evening buffet restaurant can accommodate many people and it tastefully decorated. The Wifi in the hotel was strong and fast, unlike the place I was living in another part of Qingdao. Sadly there are only 3 airport shuttle buses running per day, many people will have to use another option.

Perfect location if you have an early morning flight. We were flying to Bangkok at 8am. The rooms were big and comfortable, if this hotel was in Qingdao city I would stay here all the time. I liked that you could open one of the windows to let in fresh air. Easy connected walk to the airport terminal. Staff at the desk mainly speak Chinese but we worked it out with few problems. Would recommend and stay again

It’s 10 minutes walk from the checkout point of QingDao JiaoDong Airport. Very spacious room with all necessary amenities, I particularly enjoy the bath tub which the hotel also provided the bath salt. The hotel room facing airport, which I enjoy watching the sunrise straight from my bed. Breakfast was full of variety and delicious. The restaurant was spacious and the view at the window was pleasant. Highly recommended to business travelers who wants to save time between airport and hotel. It will soothe your tired body after a day work for sure.

Despite being inside the airport, the hotel was remarkably noise-free, allowing for a peaceful and restful stay. Hotel location is very convenient, easy to find, there are many small restaurants nearby, the same price is very good in Jiaozhou, other hotels are some old shops, inside is not broken, still very dirty. This is really cost-effective

The hotel's private car service was provided in the middle of the night, and the driver was considerate and helped with the luggage. The car pick-up and drop-off brought a ray of warm sunshine in the winter ☀️. The price was affordable, 240. I can't even imagine that Atour has this price, and it also includes pick-up and drop-off. Drinks and fruit plates were sent thoughtfully. The front desk was polite and enthusiastic, and also provided 🈶 business printing services. I will transfer to a designated hotel in the future

Joyfall Hotel is conveniently located next to Qingdao International Airport. The hotel is cleaned and service is great. I like to Robotic housekeeping that deliver two bottles of mineral water. It automatically called my room when the robot arrived at the door. Service is good as he hotel provided more drinking water to me.
