The service was excellent. Xiao Zhou at the front desk was particularly attentive. He escorted us to our room and proactively explained the various amenities. Knowing we had an early flight the next day, he reminded us to check in for the shuttle bus quite late. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport. The front desk even prepared a complimentary breakfast bag for our departure in the morning. The hotel staff proactively helped with our luggage and escorted us to the shuttle at the door. Highly recommended!
