Since it's a cheap hotel, the facilities and cleanliness are average. Trip.com's perks were supposed to include 24-hour free airport transfers, but there was no such service. We were put in a shared van operated by a nearby hotel. Of course, it wasn't at our designated times, but rather ran once per hour. The van was pretty terrible, loaded to capacity and speeding out of control. Some people were forced to sit in seats with only cushions and no seatbelts, posing a high safety risk. I recommend choosing a different hotel if you're using Tianfu Airport.
