開的鐘點房想休息下，同等價位對比，環境設施正常，但智能房的智能中控有問題。問題是鐘點房寫的6點退房，入住沒有告知我需要多久前退房，從5點開始共催了我3次，其中一次是有人在門口咚咚咚的敲門，大聲的催促，感受很差。最後一次是在5點50左右，告知我超過6點1分鐘就要收我整天的房費。我想問憑什麼？按金交了的，你扣你的超時費，超過1分鐘交整天房費的話你設定超時費幹嘛？怎麼在培訓員工？你們的管理辦法是這樣嗎？是的話主管部門怎麼審核的？我是來休息的，最後1小時全報廢，開個房間感覺一直在攆我走，我理解你們還要把房間訂出去，但是否太過於小氣了。實在心裏不舒服才發表的評論，我覺得該事不是服務人員的問題，是酒店管理的問題。不會再來第二次了。
