Fairyland Hotel (Tianfu International Airport Luojia)

This is Kelly's, but it's okay... The only thing is that the service is very poor. We were supposed to arrive at the airport at midnight, and after asking about the 5:00 PM transfer, they told us to notify us upon arrival. We called and were told to wait at gate 13—a gate not located at that terminal. We contacted them again, and they told us we could cancel because they were under construction and there was no hot water. We told them that we wanted to rest at least at 1:00 AM, and they told us to leave and wait at gate 21, which was the correct one. After waiting more than 1:00 PM, another person arrived... A nervous, impatient person took us to the accommodation—which wasn't bad. We had breakfast included, and they told us there was none because there was no gas. My opinion: they didn't want to pick us up and would have preferred us to cancel (cancellation wasn't free at this time!), and they didn't honor the contract either. By the way, there was no construction work to be seen, and the water was warm, so we were able to shower. But it was a bad experience. They should stop offering breakfast and offer more friendly service and deliver what they offer. Not recommended
