房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔，前台服務熱情周到，門前還有停車位，周邊餐飲等配套完善，衹是去到三岔湖邊還要走一陣子。

這次入住體驗真的太差了。房間一進去就有股異味，床單污漬明顯，角落還有灰塵。衞生間馬桶清潔不到位，洗手枱也有殘留的污漬。向工作人員反映後，衹是簡單敷衍地處理了下，沒有徹底解決問題。走廊裏也沒及時清掃，垃圾堆積。這樣的衞生狀況實在讓人難以接受，完全對不起星級酒店的標準，希望酒店能重視起來，好好整改。
