服務好，餐廳菜品味道不錯。酒店房間乾淨整潔，但門窗等設施偏陳舊，隔音和防蚊蟲方面有待改進。忘記隨身物件了，酒店前台及時告知並快遞寄出，非常感謝！有機會會再來。

這次五一節，選擇了入住三岔湖花島酒店。環境優美，湖光山色，島上寧靜。島上還有孔雀，正好開屏接待，使人怡情心悦。服務員接待熱情，周到。船老大隨時來回送客人，十分方便。酒店雖然有點陳舊，但是，還是很乾凈。下次還來！

花島環境太棒了，幽靜，空氣新鮮，四面環水，坐船上島。早餐豐富，房間乾淨衞生。可以打乒乓球，羽毛球，籃球，有孔雀，小孩不會無聊。適合度假。

酒店位置非常好！就在三岔湖裡，需要坐擺渡船。我們住的四合院房間，院內有幾株古樹，環境安靜，也非常優美。
酒店冬天還是很冷的，空調不太行。
想早晨出門要注意提前約車，這個地方在清晨臨時打車很費勁
