We only stayed one short night to catch a flight the next day but the room was perfect, exactly like in the pictures and the staff was extremely kind. They went out of there way to help us and assist us ! Thank you again !

It was pretty hard to find the spot since there is a roadwork around, but we were lucky to find a helpful guide to show us around. The hotel itself is super new and clean, like everything is freshly installed and neat. Free airport transfers, good parking spaces right behind the building. 30 minutes from the airport. If the breakfast is included, but you leave too early, it will be prepared for you in a paper bag: buns, eggs, milk. Really thoughtful and a nice touch, I loved it.

I stayed in Chengdu for a few hours while transiting. The place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a bus pick-up, which was very convenient. The front desk service was very good. I had an early flight in the morning and the front desk also provided breakfast.

I broke my suitcase, but the hotel tried to shirk responsibility. Such a big and obvious scratch really affected my mood. I was very nice not to ask for a new one. I don't know why such a big hotel would provide such service.

The second time I checked in, the room I was given at first had a strong smell of cigarettes, it was so smelly that it was suffocating. Then the cleaning lady immediately changed the room. The room facilities were clean and bright, and the overall situation was very good.
