存在問題:1.個別司機開車過快，開車看手機，坐車給人很沒有安全感，且對本地遊客態度差！但對外地遊客很温柔耐心。2.某些前台態度極其傲慢！敷衍！缺乏耐心！3.蚊子多，且花灑浴霸漏水極其嚴重！！無乾濕分離，連淋浴都沒有門或者簾子隔着，被子有小蟲。4.接送時間安排不妥當，並略微道德綁架。唯一好的就是:有個年輕的男司機還比較有耐心，開車也還可以。總結:看起來不好説話的顧客，看起來身強力壯的顧客，就客客氣氣，好説話，善解人意的顧客，就得寸進尺。
