It’s really easy to use so don’t worry. You can contact the hotel easily via WeChat and they send you all the info you might need. The room is massive, clean and modern. They offer some small gifts - a panda keychain, earplugs and hand cream. I really loved the room. The only issue was that the lock wasn’t working - you still need a card to get in so I guess it was fine but it made me a little uncomfortable. On their page, they say that they have English translation service but nobody spoke English when I arrived so I’m not sure about how that one works.
