Good places:
Front desk processing: The processing time is about 3 minutes, and the front desk has the authority to upgrade the cabin directly.
Check-in: Hygiene is a basic requirement of brand hotels, and there is no need to worry at all.
Laundry: Everything is available, and it is very convenient to wash clothes on a business trip.
Breakfast: Served on time, and the service is warm. The meals are relatively localized, with not many dishes, but the quality is good. I recommend the yellow rice jelly, which is sweet but not greasy, and delicious with hot milk.

Hair dryer: The hair dryer is built-in, which may be due to standardization or cost reduction (fear of repeated plug-in of the hair dryer, which may be damaged), but from the user's perspective, the resistance is relatively large and it is difficult to use. It is estimated that tall people are more uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at Vienna Hotel Chengdu Tianfu International Airport Hotel and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. From the moment I checked in, I felt like a valued guest.
Arrived around 8.30pm on 26/10 and was immediately served w hot tea to keep ourselves warmed. Checking in was a breeze and I was very impressed with the corner table with thoughtful items for you to take in case you have forgotten to bring along during your travel.
We want to express our appreciation towards the lady staff 007, who helped us to unload the heavy luggages from our car onto the luggage trolley and even brought up to our rooms personally.
The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with a modern touch. Toilet seat is always warmed up for the cold weather. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in.
Breakfast was flavorful and beautifully presented. The dining area was clean and comfortable.
The location was ideal, 1/2 an hour to airport and 20mins to a local mall making it easy to explore the area.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made this a memorable trip. I highly recommend Vienna Hotel Chengdu Tianfu International Airport and look forward to returning in the future.

Again, the main reason is the hotel location is super perfect as it is just located within the Tianfu International Airport (Terminals 1&2). So, it is super convenient for me to reach the departure hall of Terminal 1 by just walking distance around 10 mins from the hotel due to my very early flight in the morning.

Everything was clean but there was some smell in the bathroom.
The worst experience was with the transfer.
At first, you need to make a phone call to the hotel. If you don't speak Chinese it's a problem. They can add your WeChat but you need to explain what is your ID etc ... If you don't speak Chinese and doesn't have a WeChat, don't try to order this hotel...
The worst was a transfer to airport at 6 o'clock. There was no free seat for me (everything was busy by Chinese people). Driver found a plastic chair and suggested to sit over there, between car seats. It was awful but I had no choice, I didn't want to miss my flight.

ZZeederworldHotel sent a Chinese message via trip.com a day before if I needed pick up service. Trip.com and google translation helped. Received wechat QR code from hotel right after and was set up a group chat with driver an hour before pick up. Waited 15 mins and journey took 15 mins to the hotel from Tianfu T2.
Hotel is located at a village with many other accommodation and restaurants nearby. Hotel room is way better than expected. Clean and new furnishings. The walls are thin. I had a room on the 2nd floor and facing the main road. Could hear traffic and people talking on the street as well as along the corridor outside my room.
Airport van pick up service is outsourced. Hourly schedule going to airport. Hotel reception called my room 30 mins before scheduled pick up. Van is shared with other lodgings. It was maxed out to sit 6 passengers each trip. Condition of van varies. The drivers were nice and helped with my luggage.

The location was quite isolated, there is a slope from their registration office to the room so dinning out is definitely a no no. They need to tidy up thr garden, the overall garden is quite messy. There is nothing around the hotel, it was really a “stay in the room“ for resting.

GGuest UserThis place was very clean and professional. I was surprised to get such a good place for the price I paid. The staff were very helpful and were good at English. I appreciated the free shuttle to the airport in the morning when I left. There may have been a way to get a free pickup from the airport too, but I didn’t figure that out in time, and I just called a Didi (Uber-like system in China).
Before this I had stayed at several other budget hotels in a different part of the China, and even at roughly the same price, they were not half as good as this one. So I was really impressed with this place. The room was very clean and spacious and comfortable.
The only reason I took one star off for Amenities was because there was no mini-fridge and no closet, though there was a unenclosed place to hang clothes. I liked the comfortable chair and footstool by the window with its own little table. I relaxed in that for a while, drinking the provided tea. The desk was helpful too.

MMike IgI stayed at this hotel near Chengdu Airport and found it reasonably convenient overall. The free shuttle to and from the airport runs every 30 minutes, which is helpful, although the ride takes about 35 minutes. My room was spacious and modern, but there were a couple of maintenance issues — the toilet flush wasn’t working due to a clog, and the main ceiling light had burned out. Breakfast included both Western and Chinese options, but the selection was quite limited. For drinks, there was only orange juice, coffee, and milk, though tea was available in the lobby and in the room. There are a few restaurants and one café nearby, but not much else in terms of infrastructure. The Wi-Fi was slow but usable for basic tasks.

We arrived late past 12am, the person who picked us up came on time, however, a heads up would be well appreciated as the way to the hotel was a dark, unlit, small road. We were all alert and concerned about where we were heading. A real scare!! Other than that, everything is okay for a night stay.
