酒店有年頭了，整體的設計不是太好用，房間足夠大，但使用起來有幾個不便:1衞生間設計不是太合理，空間夠大但馬桶周邊沒有枱麪可用，淋浴區沒有燈光照明。2親子房的床沒法拼在一起，孩子的床高度較低，寬度也衹有1米，如果想和孩子睡一起，要定其他的大小床房更合適。3早餐種類不多，確實比較一般。
但服務整體還是不錯，酒店的性價比還是可以的，在假期的建水算是不錯的選擇，院內停車也方便。附加的紫陶體驗，也是不錯的。

這個酒店乾淨衞生，條件特別好，尤其是很有文化，紫陶的製作、歷史、文化在酒店房間、大堂各個角落裡體現的淋漓盡致。酒店自有停車場很大。前台小妹服務熱情周到，非常感謝！

沒有服務，熨斗也沒有，房間電話也沒有 硬件老舊。二樓有健身房讓住客在夜裡十點多仍經歷槓鈴撞地的咣咣聲。側面是維也納KTV，歌聲嘹亮。
