位置就在古城中心，很方便；酒店環境古色古香，佈置很有特色；下午茶、晚飯、早飯都很好吃且有當地風味；服務態度很好；是這次旅行的酒店中最滿意的，下次還來！

房間、餐飲、服務都十分滿意，下午茶和燒烤套餐都很豐盛。燒烤套餐中的烤牛肉尤其好吃，血旺豆花等都是酒店自製的，工作人員服務態度非常好，有火車站接送服務。酒店中環境清幽，設有書櫃和筆墨紙硯，非常有文化氣息。

應該是建水最好的民宿，位置非常好在古城城門旁交通便利，環境幽靜房間衞生乾淨，餐廳菜做的好吃食材新鮮，特別是店長小羅服務熱情周到讓人難忘，去建水住宿的不二之選。
