一進酒店大堂就感受到貼心服務，工作人員蘇漫熱情周到，辦事高效，還特意為我們升級了一個套房，在此表示感謝。入住50層的套房寬敞明亮，落地窗視野極佳，隔音效果好十分安靜。房間內乾淨整潔，打掃的極其貼心。房內設施智能化程度高，床品柔軟舒適，乾濕分離的浴室和衞浴用品完全媲美酒店星級。酒店的中餐也是不錯，價格合理。早餐種類豐富，具有本地特色。此外，酒店大廈就是當地的地標，內部的72層天宮觀景台和金木水火土五個會所都值得一逛。這裏入住絕對物超所值，強烈推薦！

酒店環境和設施都挺好的，前台小楊服務很好，還免費升級了豪華套房，帶孩子來擊劍比賽的，比賽太早小朋友來不及吃早飯，很貼心還準備孩子的打包早餐。 入住體驗非常好。
