Lovely hotel - beautiful view

Generally it’s ok and it’s not the first time we stayed over there. What I can say is , even though we selected the non smoking room , the room has been used by smoker before. Hence it’s cigar smell. Apart from this , the drainage is very bad. We have complained from time to time before. And this hotel looks very nice but indeed when you use it , it’s not that user friendly. I would like to say to the owner , don’t only focus on the outlook. Inside is very important

There was no fridge in my room and I had to use the one in the reception. That was uncomfortable

Always home for me, if only a microwave and a fridge is available it will complete my stay

The hotel facilities, hygiene, environment and service are all good! The appearance is a bit high-end, the room is clean and tidy, and Xiaodu helps with things, which is very smart. The shower head has a lot of water, and it is very comfortable to take a shower. Crossing the road is Jiangbin Park, and it is also very pleasant to go out and take a walk and see the Waihai Bridge. You can find a lot of delicious food when you turn right out of the door, which is great! I will choose to stay in Jiangmen in the future!

The room is spacious and bright, with an unbeatable river view, especially the bathtub. It is so comfortable to enjoy the river view while taking a bath. It also comes with a bathtub cover, which is a nice detail. Xiaodu can control the room air conditioning, TV, curtains and lights, which is very convenient. The takeaway is delivered to the door by a robot at night, which is another point for hotel management. Since there is no small refrigerator in the room, I asked the front desk to send some ice up, but they sent two large bags. This must be praised! The only drawback is that the toilet has a little smell (the flushing is strong, I suspect it is the floor drain that smells?), since the problem is not big, there is no feedback, this is not a deduction, but I hope the hotel can improve it. In addition, we live on the 21st floor, but we can still hear karaoke downstairs at night. The most common song we hear is Hai Kuo Tian Kong. It would be nice if we could order songs. Overall, the experience is very good, the sense of luxury is there, the details can be strengthened, and I will stay here again if I have the chance. The hotel is right by the river, and it's very comfortable to take a walk in the evening. There are many authentic restaurants in the nearby Zhichong Village. If you haven't been there, you can try it to experience the local food culture. However, the road is narrow and it's not easy for small cars to drive. There is a seafood restaurant a few hundred meters away from the hotel. It's always full of cars at mealtime. I must go and try it next time.

I recently stayed at Xi'an Deluxe Hotel and had a great experience! Before checking in, I told the customer service that I wanted a quiet room. I stayed in room 1811 alone, but the room next to me, room 1812, was noisy from 12 am to 3:30 am. Continue watching TV, chatting, taking a shower and blow-drying your hair. At 3:30 in the morning, I asked to change rooms. A male staff member handed me the room card. I asked him if the room next to mine was noisy. The staff member told me, "He didn't hear anything." So I went to Room 1812. Just by standing at the door, I could hear the sound of the TV and the sound of conversation. The sound insulation of this hotel is very poor. It was a bad experience. I wasted several hours training him but still couldn't do anything. So miserable!

The house is very clean and spacious, the atmosphere is very comfortable, and the living feeling is very good! The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and the experience is perfect. I will choose this one next time I come to Jiangmen!

I was about to get angry, but you compromised with our needs later. The disposable toilet cover in the toilet could not be put on, and there was a black object stuck on the edge of the toilet. It was drunk! The environment is good, but the service experience should be improved!
