I specially booked a room for my parents to go out to play before May Day. I heard from my mother that the service of this store is very warm. Although the hotel is not very big, it is clean and tidy. The next door is Yanzhou Mansion. It is very convenient to eat and tastes very good. I can go to the Xin'an River for a walk at night, and it takes more than 10 minutes to walk there. It is very comfortable! This blind decision is really good, I will feel it myself next time.

Hygiene: There are problems. The cleaning staff did not even take away the fake nails that fell off the bedside. It felt very uncomfortable.
Service: Ctrip showed free parking, but when I arrived at the store, the landlord said that there was no such thing at all and the information above was wrong. It cost 30 yuan to park in the parking lot. This should be the store’s problem and the customer should pay for it.
Facilities: Basically everything is available, the central air conditioning works very well, the TV screen is large, and the projection screen is also convenient.

The hotel is in a great location, just by the Xin'an River, a 2-minute walk away. The staff are very friendly and the service is very good. The hotel also has a message wall, tea brewing around the stove, and handmade tofu buns. The overall environment, hygiene, service, and management are all very good. I will come again next time.

GGuest UserImmediately Upon arrival the staff we're very welcoming and the hospitality felt genuine. There were complimentary snacks in the foyeur for the Qingming festival which kept the little one entertained whilst we dealt with a very swift check-in, The room was facing the river and immaculately clean and tastefully decorated.
When we went swimming our daughter didn't have goggles to wear and was gratefully lent a set by the staff there.
The Food was really great and our waitress Cindy helped us
with every request we had for breakfast and on the second day, because we had to leave early, the front desk lady Alice also assisted us by preparing a take-away meal.
The fact that the hotel opens into a very modern shopping center made sure that

When I was walking in the evening, I swiped again and found a room that was immediately snatched up. I just left. The itinerary has been arranged. The owner of the new B&B is from Shanghai. I like everything so much. The details are well done. The room has floor heating. The service is first-class and the transportation is convenient. When you open the door, you can see the view. It is really a river view room. I will have a chance next time. I will definitely go again, there are resident singers every night, so you can go listen to music, drink wine and drink coffee☕️When you check out, you will also get a souvenir - mochi

MMattStray Clouds Villa is a fantastic place to stay in Jiande, especially for those looking to take a break from city life and enjoy some time in the countryside. The owner of the hotel lives in Singapore, but handles registration for foreigners remotely. The three women who work at the hotel are lovely and make sure that each guest is treated with the same generous hospitality. My only suggestion for foreign passport holders looking to stay here is to establish contact with the owner in advance by adding his WeChat (same as the hotel's phone number) to share documents required for registration at the local police station including passport information page, current Chinese visa, most recent entry stamp, residential address in China, and phone number. This will decrease the time needed for check-in.
The hotel itself was spectacularly clean and the rooms were spacious. The hotel is just minutes away by foot from Tuanyun Pagoda (抟云塔) and Wenchang Pavilion (文昌阁), two of Xinye Ancient's Village (新叶古村) most recognizable landmarks. The nearest bullet train station in Lanxi, Jinhua is currently closed, so it's best to take a bullet train into Jiande Station (建德站) followed by a 70-90 minute Didi directly to the hotel.
Highly recommended for a weekend getaway!

You can see the river view from the balcony. See the picture below. Just by the river. But you can enter through the back door. You can also walk across from the supermarket. There is a supermarket downstairs. There are vegetables, fruits, and snacks. Across the street is the riverside. We walked towards Baisha Bridge and Xin'an River Bridge the next day. See fish in clear water. Some are chubby, some are thin, some are more than a foot long, and some are as small as a knuckle. Some go with the flow, and some go against the flow. Watching quietly, it will be cured! Photos can't capture the feeling of tranquility. Just leave your imagination, and come and experience it yourself. Continuing to the west, there is a pavilion. Watching the birds flying on the water surface in the pavilion is not only a feast for the eyes, but also comforts the heart, and I hardly want to move. After I came back, I couldn't forget it...
