酒店設施很新，方便。房間乾淨，舒適，衞生。細節也做的很好，毛巾浴巾柔軟乾淨，都用封袋包裝好，讓人用的放心。床品舒適，枕頭，床墊軟硬合適。工作人員專業，貼心，辦理入住、退房快捷熟練。特別是管家陸文娟經理服務熱情，貼心，退房後還送了伴手禮（是建的的特色小點心）很好吃，很喜歡。早餐品種多，質量好，建德的地方美食都很正宗，美味。是一個專注做好服務和業務的酒店和團隊，值得推薦。

The air and water quality of Xin'an River are really good, and we are very happy to stay at Wenlan Hotel. The uncle at the gate took the initiative to help transport the luggage to the front desk. The receptionist Xiao Lu was very professional and enthusiastic. When he learned that we were going to Daciyan, he specially prepared disposable raincoats, which was very considerate. The housekeeping aunt also tidied the room very carefully, and the room was well soundproofed. In short, every detail made people feel at home.

Staying at Jiande Wenlan Hotel, the experience exceeded expectations! Floor manager Lu Wenjuan's service is professional and enthusiastic, efficiently coordinating needs, strictly checking cleaning details, and showing a dedicated attitude. The guest rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a balcony with a beautiful view of the Xin'an River. The elevator downstairs reaches the shopping center, and food and movies are close at hand, which is very convenient. The hotel staff provided meticulous and thoughtful service. After staying for eight days, I stayed for another four days. Manager Lu's thoughtful gift was even more thoughtful. The river view and humanities are both worth recommending! Jiande's first choice👍
