房間空調不製冷，管家測試要幾個小時在那裡候着，管家業務水平太low，每次叫接駁車都要問房號，備註一下有這麼難嗎？不行往上翻看一下，像個木頭人。後來空調拖到晚上找攜程，攜程工作人員再讓他們又送了一台落地風扇和冰桶來降温。就是個農家樂類似的，套餐裏採摘沒有，漢服沒有，射箭就是草堆旁一個靶子，兩把弓 蚊子咬了好幾塊，友情提示：避雷。

雖然離市區遠，但酒店有自己的娛樂和餐飲，不喜歡出門的遊客是福音！提出的要求都是微笑服務，有求必應，第一次去感覺很好，值得推薦！！

整體硬件其實還不錯的，房間外面的景色也很好。可惜就是整體服務跟不上，有高端療養酒店的野心，軟件方面還是缺了不少，當然娃不那麼挑，玩得還算開心

幾乎可以説是做不到攜程網站上的圖片裏的水平，落地窗前升不上去的幕布，一直電量低需要充電的門鎖，入住第二天打掃完之後依舊有蟲，第一天入住的蟲的數量更加不説了，連無邊泳池裡都是蟲。溝通能力為零的管家，方方面面都不能説達到五星級的水平，其實此事也導致最後都遷怒於攜程了，因為攜程酒店審核的水準和複查的水平都太差了導致這次旅行提前回家，玩的極度不開心，最後小孩身上還起疹子了。酒店的管理層是穿便裝參與酒店進酒店日常管理中的，所有穿制服的卻都是實習生暑假工，酒店的領導還會和客人一起用餐，甚至家屬也一直長住酒店的感覺，非常非常離譜的經歷，酒店我覺得已經沒有整改的可能了，希望攜程整改酒店資質審核機制以及複查頻率，否則也是砸攜程自己的招牌。還有小童樂園陽光暴曬後温度極高而且甲醛異味很重，沒帶測試的機器，否則幾乎可以肯定海洋球之類的塑料品在高温後產生甲醛造成危害是不可想象的，店家根本無法去承擔這種可能造成的危害所引起的損失賠償，非常恐怖。

房間一股裝修味，地板臟的不像樣，小孩子光腳走腳上黑的和碳一樣，房間很大，周邊一片荒涼，要什麼沒什麼，評論都説早餐很差，但對得起這個房價，看評論和介紹有各種玩的，結果到了後什麼都沒，泳池第一天説在維修中，後又説可以使用，上去一看，泳池一股防水塗料味，而且很臟，看了完全不想使用，無聊無趣的三天

房間無敵臟，小孩子赤腳走了一下，腳底板全黑了哈哈哈哈，從來沒住過這麼臟的酒店，早餐也沒有什麼東西可以吃，種類非常少，但是小孩子也依舊要付款68元，進去吃兩個荷包蛋🤣，不過前台和開車接送的師傅都態度超好的

這次旅行有點小遺憾，原本計劃是小朋友考試結束後去採摘旅行，結果去到後什麼採摘都沒有了🤣好在酒店給換了一次卡丁車體驗，小朋友才沒有那麼失落。訂單含的游泳玩水都沒有，説是下過大雨水質不符合。環境非常不錯，房間也很大舒適，但是吃的玩的都太少了很不方便，外賣都沒的選擇就那麼一兩家外賣店。服務 環境總體來説不錯，設施 吃喝玩就不是那麼回事了…
