房間乾淨，洗臉巾浴巾一次性的，老闆，老闆娘很熱情，指點去嚴州古城，引導停車，附近都有吃的，距離古城6/7公里，挺方便的。

走廊很寬敞，純粹睡個覺的話還是不錯的，不要去跟星級酒店對比。距離梅城古鎮開車十幾分鍾挺方便的，老闆人很好很熱情，讓人覺得安心放心，推薦的早餐店挺不錯的。

説實話，真的非常不錯，前台老闆60多歲非常熱情，服務很周到，酒店外觀看似一般，裏面被子我差不多可以肯定他們每天都洗，洗漱用品都用一次性的，給建德楊村橋鎮人民點贊👍。

酒店外觀還是很氣派的，有個大樓梯直接上3樓，總體來説衹能還可以，房間我12點洗澡沒熱水，放了一會也沒有熱水，就沒有洗成澡了，然後床頭插座，沒有辦法充電，商家為了插空調接了個線，我兩孔的充電線也插不進去，這個不好，定了兩天房間，商家給我退了一間，不知道是不是國慶要漲價了，但是也能理解，所以直接換了一家住了

地處鬧市區，車輛來往頻繁嘈音大，房間設施陣舊漏水腐銹嚴重。酒店不提供電梯，上下樓老闆客氣喜歡幫送行李。
