剛開始給的2樓的房間，裏面衞生間漏水，地面臟的沒法直視，大晚上樓下的KTV跟死了人一樣的在羣魔亂舞，噪音擾民，跟前台溝通了兩次無果，非要下去吵一架才能換房間，本來好好的心情被這家垃圾酒店給弄得興致都盪然無存，衞生間漏水地面不乾淨加上噪音，沒退房已經不錯了居然連一點安慰的補償都沒有，設施老舊就算了起碼的停車位也沒有，還是攜程網自己自掏腰包賠了一百塊，訂這家酒店的還是避坑吧住二樓的能吵死你服務態度還賊差的，果斷取消連住哪怕花貴點的酒店也不住了，保潔估計連最起碼的衞生標準都沒有，酒店服務行業做成這家店這麼失敗的也確實給杭州的旅遊業在抹黑
