民宿靠主路很近，附近有免費的停車場，房間很寬敞很乾凈，隔音相當好，第二天説有人唱KTV，我們完全不知道😀老闆阿姨很熱情，還幫我們拎行李，提醒我們晚上關好窗户，早餐很好吃，很好的體驗感，下次去建德還住這家。

房間很乾凈，馬桶是智能的，服務很好，老闆娘還給我升級了房間到一線湖景房，逛了古城回住處在陽台能看到湖景也是一件美事，陽台上直接能看到宋公橋，酒店門口就是字民坊。逛完古城在旁邊的店裡點了柴火雞吃，味道真的好吃，跟城市裡吃的不是一種味道，到店後有事要找打印店老闆娘熱情告訴我路線，店裡的小狗也很活潑，增添了古城很多生活氣息，值得回味的一次入住。

房間設施很好，服務態度也很好，應該給滿分的，但店家工作程序有問題，給我升級需要我同意後再把我原定房間給其他客人，而不是先把我定的房間給其他客人了強迫我升級，選擇你家酒店就是看中的那二間房。
