地下停車場去一樓衹有一個電梯可以使用，而且電梯有點不好找，晚上辦理入住的前台全程無笑容，開的家庭套房，房間內沒有一次性拖鞋，衹有塑料拖鞋，這種大冬天的，一次性拖鞋都沒有。很難理解，讓前台送一床備用的被子，前台説沒有，要找一下。這麼大個店，備用的被子都沒有，後面找到了送過來了，送了一床被子跟被罩，讓我們自己套，房間的床罩不僅臟，還有破洞，浴缸是直接兩邊開裂，都怕直接漏底，沒有任何安全隱患，經常回吉安都會住酒店，離家近的也就他家，每次住每次都有新發現，沒有任何改進。
