The place is stunning but they don’t have a reception opened after 8pm. They sent me a text explaining me how to get in with a code and where to find the key. When I arrived from a business dinner at midnight I discovered the key of my room didn’t work. And when I called the mobile no they told me to use, they didn’t pick up. Luckily I was there for business so I called my colleagues, they rushed to pick me up and found me a room in another hotel. When my other colleague who also stayed at the hotel complained this morning, she was told that we should have looked for the night number which was somewhere on a piece of paper allegedly on a desk at the entrance. I’m sorry but I don’t call this hospitality. Those people doesn’t know how to run an hotel and they shouldn’t be allowed to do so. I can only imagine if I would have been alone at midnight in a city I don’t know :-(

Centro di Jesi. Parcheggio convenzionato esterno con possibilità di richiedere servizio di accompagnamento dei bagagli in quanto pur non essendo molto distante vi sono salite e gradini. Cortesia e attenzione al cliente eccellente. Colazione molto buona con ottimi prodotti sulla base di scelta del giorno precedente. Camere ampie, rimodernate con rispetto degli aspetti artistici del palazzo, letto e cuscini comodi, bene il bagno con doccia. Siamo stati davvero bene e lo consigliamo vivamente.

Beautiful property. Renovated in a very refined taste. The colors and materials are exquisite. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious!

Dimora di charme situata in una posizione strategica, nel centro storico di Jesi, curata in ogni minimo particolare, con camere da sogno. Assoluta la gentilezza e la cordialità dei gestori che hanno avuto premure non scontate come quella di raggiungerci al parcheggio per portarci con la macchina in struttura. Coccole e qualità

Nous avons été enchanté par notre sejour dans ce magnifique endroit. La chambre était parfaite, spacieuse, et pleine de belles attentions, chocolats, chaussons, etc . Le petit déjeuner était réalisé selon nos souhaits , très copieux. L accueil chaleureux, sympathique et la dame nous a emmené jusqu au parking pour nous montrer le trajet. Ce fut un moment inoubliable.
