Value for money good job!! Very reasonable price to stay and clean & neat accommodation!

Good place, bit pricy. room was clean, very near to High1 resort.

Four of us came to visit High1 Ski Resort and Gangwon Land. We had a car, so the location of the accommodation was good. Above all, the room condition and bathroom were so good that we were satisfied. 🥹 We had a good stay at a reasonable price. 😙

- There are two hotels in one building, so be careful not to confuse the hotel names when making a reservation - There is a convenience store on the first floor of the hotel, but it closes at 11 p.m. - If you have a car, there is no problem getting to the ski resort - If the underground parking lot is full, you can park outside - The hotel is small, but the facilities seem to be well managed - The heating works well and the hot water comes out well

Except for the lack of a bidet, Overall, it is a good value accommodation. It is also close to skiing, which is the best. I will rest well and go.

It was a snowy day, and apart from a few towels placed at the entrance, the place was not well maintained, so it was very slippery. I asked the counter for one more towel in the room, but they said there were none, so I couldn't get one. They said they wouldn't clean the place because it was a long-term stay, and they said they would hang the towels on the door, but they only put small ones in, so it was uncomfortable after showering. I made a reservation at the old Ramada Hotel, so I was safe, but I don't want to go there again.

The hotel itself is impeccable, but the tenant in the next room was drunk and making loud noises in the room at 5 am. I give the hotel full marks and the neighbor zero points.

The accommodation was clean and nice!ㅎㅎ There were a lot of restaurants and places to eat near the accommodation, so it was nice!😊

There is noise because the train passes by. The downside is that the soundproofing is not good. There are two hotels in the same building (Inturaon), so the check-in area is separated from the lobby.

I am a frequent guest of Ramada Hotel. This time, I would like to write about the part of Ramada Hotel that disappointed me. I stayed here for this Jeongseon family trip. After climbing Mindungsan Mountain, I was satisfied with the early check-in and the room condition was good, but when I returned at 9 PM after going out, I asked about the room temperature control, and the staff's response was very disappointing. Starting this week, the temperature dropped and it became fall, so when I returned to the room after going out, the outside temperature was 9 degrees and the room temperature was cold. I requested the heater because it did not work, but they only said that it was not possible to operate it due to hotel policy, and without any solution for the cold room temperature, they only offered to sleep in the cold room or give me a refund if I checked out immediately. I was disappointed in Ramada Hotel, which I had trusted and used until then. They said that the heater would not work until mid-October, but I thought it was an inflexible principle that they operated the heater system by specifying a date without considering the cold weather in Gangwon-do, and as a customer, I could not understand at all that the basic element, the room temperature, could not be controlled. Also, the team leader's response was disappointing. It wasn't that he was making unreasonable demands, but he was just shivering as a guest and sleeping in the cold weather... I think he was completely inconsiderate of the guests, as he didn't give advance notice that the heating would not be available. I heard that there were inquiries about temperature control not only in our room but also in other rooms, and I was shocked by the careless response, and I was very disappointed in the response as if the customer was making unreasonable demands. This policy has not been resolved at all with the hotel staff, so I plan to make a formal complaint to the Ramada Hotel. Please be aware that the heater system will not be operating at all until mid-October, so that other guests do not suffer the same damage.

It's a good location, but it's cheaper than I thought, so it doesn't meet my expectations.
