The rooms with balconies are okay. I asked the front desk to ask for balconies. The decoration of the rooms without balconies is a bit old. There is a Sammu Park bus stop at the door. It is very convenient to take a bus to Qixing Street and Dongmun Market. If you go to Hamdeok, you can take a taxi or take a bus. There is a sign at the station beckoning. The one with red letters is empty. Turn right when you go out. There are many shops and restaurants. The Shilla Duty Free Shop is 10 minutes away. There is an emart supermarket further ahead. You must visit it.

I don’t know if it is a black pork street on both sides of the hotel. Anyway, everyone eats black pork. I found a black pork buffet for 125 per person. I saw others bring drinks 🥤 and the store didn’t say anything. On the other side is the Health Road Pedestrian Street. Opposite is the Internet celebrity fried **. The local beauty store is just across the diagonal. There is everything. Second, the hotel has airport pick-up and drop-off service. The hotel is only about 400 yuan. Ctrip orders a pick-up and drop-off for 300 yuan,,,,, You can pick up or drop off on a single day. The pick-up and drop-off are free for 3 days. Third, the hotel can store luggage. This is generally available. Koreans have a strong sense of boundaries. They can’t talk to themselves. They need to explain and get approval before doing anything. The hotel stipulates that check-in is 3:00. It’s 11 o’clock when you arrive at the hotel. If you want to check in early, you need to add 50 yuan per hour. We went to Lotte first. We ate fried chicken opposite the hotel. After a round of walking, it was 2:30. Then we went back to the hotel. I thought I would take a rest in front. I also asked if we could check in. The front desk was quite reasonable. They checked us in. It was not as rigid as the legend said. Secondly, the front desk greeted us when we entered and exited the hotel. It was very friendly. Very nice place at a great location. Rooms feel nice and clean with plenty of space for 2. You can find plenty of restaurants, duty free shops and bars in the surrounding area. Great place to stay if you aren’t willing to splash some serious money into one of the beach resorts

The hotel is located in downtown Jeju, close to Yeondong Pedestrian Street. It is very convenient for dining and shopping. It is only one stop away from the airport by taking bus No. 600. Air tickets are a bit expensive during the National Day holiday, but the hotel's price is very cost-effective. The room is not small, and there is a bathtub in the bathroom. Conversion plugs can be borrowed for free at the front desk.

Facilities: The facilities are average Hygiene: Not very good, the toilet and mirror in the bathroom are not clean, the mirror is dirty, and there are yellow spots on the toilet, which is not wiped at all. Environment: It's OK, there are windows, the location is good, and there is airport pick-up Service: I booked the hotel separately, with the same room type and the same name. I don't understand why we need to change to an identical room. We don't need to clean it, but the front desk said that the room can't be cleaned. I really don't understand. The funniest thing is that we came back the next day and continued to clean the two beds. One was stacked up and the other was directly spread on the pillow. It can be seen in two different ways. Did two people clean it?

I actually happened to stay at this hotel years ago!! Interesting to be back at the same place! Though, 6 years ago, there was no folding table and noisy beach chair in my room. There was a simple coffee table and actual longer chair there. Plus, the bed was actually comfortable. This time, however, the bed was extremely stiff and stifling. Also, it was very clear that no one ever cleans the windows nor the mirror in the bathroom. They are all foggy, grainy, and streaked. I definitely closed the blinds while I stayed there this time. Interesting how different my experiences at this hotel were 6 years ago and just this past weekend. Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures this time.

The staff are friendly and professional when we need assistance. The room is very clean and bright, comfortable bed and pillows! Convenient locate to restaurants 、shops, waterpark(was good but towels not provided, bring your own or purchase at entry) and theme park (quite small). Free parking and Wi-Fi provided. BUT when the China and Taiwan tours arrived the vibe changed to feeling like we were immersed in a tour hotel in China. Housekeeping found it a challenge to replenish our amenities after the influx of the groups it seems they must have been overworked or understaffed - forgetting to replace old towels and remove our garbage and 3 consecutive days it happened during what was a 8 night booking we checked out early and went elsewhere the last 2 nights. The tours groups seemed to be most interested in the casino in the Marriott. Of the 3 properties, this was the most peaceful - Shinhwa Hotel is STRICTLY for families with young kids in my opinion, Marriott not worth the extra (they include the pool $ in the price but if you don't swim or weather not good you have paid for it OR unless you want Marriott Points or interested in the Casino right below you and a lot of adult guests roaming around at late hours. We had the connecting room deal (KLOOK or Hotel direct booking only deal) - very good value.
