The room was very spacious, offering a fantastic ocean view. The bathroom featured a practical wet/dry separation and a bathtub, contributing to the overall generous feel of the space. We stayed on the 10th floor, but higher floors are available for an additional fee. The hotel boasts several restaurants, various brand shops, a 7-Eleven, and even a sauna. You don't even need to leave the premises for a comfortable and convenient stay. Getting around from the hotel is also very convenient. While the price was a bit on the higher side, everything else was impeccable.

Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel is very close to the airport; our group shared a larger taxi which cost 20,000 KRW to get us there. Hailing a taxi at the airport is very convenient – you just cross a small road outside, and you can quickly find one. The hotel is located in the city center, making it incredibly convenient for dining, drinking, and shopping. Downstairs, you'll find various restaurants, convenience stores, and pharmacies. Baojian Road Pedestrian Street is just a ten-minute walk away. The hotel is situated directly above Lotte Duty Free, with the lobby on the 6th floor, accessible by elevator. Breakfast is an optional extra, and you can purchase it day by day. We tried it for one day but then decided it wasn't great value for money, so we opted not to continue. A convenience store downstairs provided perfectly adequate breakfast options instead. The hotel also has an outdoor pool, which is quite shallow and costs extra (12,000 KRW per person, same price for adults and children). The kids really enjoyed playing in it. The room wasn't huge, but the space was well-utilized, and it came with all the expected amenities, including a bathtub. When it was time to leave, the staff on the ground floor helped us call a taxi, and we reached the airport quickly. Overall, our stay was very pleasant.

The hotel is relatively new, with a giant Loopy character welcoming guests at the entrance. Rooms aren't particularly large, comparable in size to a typical Quanji (All Seasons) hotel in China. There's an infinity pool on the rooftop, making for great photos, but be aware there's a 50,000 KRW towel fee per person. Haidilao is conveniently located on the 5th floor, KFC on the 1st, and directly opposite, you'll find a CU convenience store, Asia Pharmacy, and Shilla Duty Free shop. Its location is excellent and incredibly convenient. Downstairs, the surrounding alleys offer a plethora of delicious eateries, including Baoshan Pig Trotters, and BHC Fried Chicken is only a 500-meter walk away. It's worth managing expectations regarding room size, as Jeju hotels are generally not as spacious as those in mainland China. Overall, it's still quite good and definitely worth considering for your stay.

This was our first overseas family trip, and we chose Jeju Island. We started looking for hotels in May. After a successful booking, the host sent very detailed check-in instructions, including the location and contact number. We communicated several issues over the phone during the planning stage, and they were mostly resolved. Getting here from Gate 5 at the airport by Global taxi took less than ten minutes. However, it's crucial to have the Korean address ready to show the driver to avoid getting lost, as taxi fares are quite expensive. We arrived a little after 1 PM, but check-in is typically after 3 PM. After storing our luggage, we headed out. Just 20 meters south of the entrance is a GS25 convenience store, which is relatively well-stocked, even with some fresh vegetables and fruits, though prices are higher than back home. **Cleanliness:** The room has a minimalist decor and was spotlessly clean. **Facilities:** The room features central air conditioning, a washing machine, a refrigerator, and a TV with screen mirroring and HDMI input. The kitchenware is complete and very clean. The stovetop is induction, with a frying pan and a milk pot. Plates, bowls, and chopsticks are all provided, suitable for both stir-frying and boiling. The range hood is a pull-out type located above. We bought some meat, vegetables, and instant noodles and cooked a meal, which was quite pleasant. There's a drying rack, but hangers were a bit scarce, only about four or five. The shower had strong water pressure, but remember to manually set the temperature on the control panel on the wall after entering the room, otherwise, it defaults to a very low temperature. **View:** Our room was on the 13th floor, facing north, offering views of both the airport and the sea. The vista and scenery were truly excellent, especially during sunset and sunrise. The blinds provide good blackout functionality. The bed was slightly on the softer side. We booked a family room with one large and one small bed, and there was a partition in between, which was a great feature. **Service:** During our four-night stay, we interacted with several front desk staff. Two of the male staff spoke good Chinese, and the others could communicate in English. All of them had excellent attitudes. Thanks to its excellent location, it was very convenient to get to the bus stop, Baojian-ro, and Samyeong-ro from the accommodation. There's a park downstairs, and during our stay, an MBC-sponsored two-day music festival was held there over the weekend, which was quite lively. **Summary:** Besides the affordable cost and excellent location, the spaciousness and the convenience of being able to cook were the main reasons we chose this place. It certainly didn't disappoint; our experience over these few days was excellent, and the room's soundproofing was also good. Two points to note: 1. Because it's adjacent to a main road, if you don't close the window at night, there will be some noise. This is unavoidable. 2. During your stay, you need to collect and dispose of your own trash. Be aware that South Korea has very strict waste segregation rules, with at least three categories: food waste (including eggshells), recyclables, and general waste. Liquids from bottled drinks and cans must be emptied. The trash disposal area is about 20 meters north of the exit, where there's a recycling station. In the mornings, several elderly women will be there sorting through the trash; if you're really unsure, you can just hand it over to them. Overall, my stay experience gets a 95/100, and I would choose this place again on my next visit.

I didn’t realise that this is a residence hotel when I made my reservation in a hurry. I was disappointed that we can only get help from staff through WeChat, which is inconvenient until the hotel accepted us as a friend (and this took some time). However, once the communication channel is established, the response was prompt and the staff made the effort to give us what we requested for. So it was overall a pleasant stay 😊

The service was great. The lobby was clean, well-maintained, and quite spacious. We booked a family twin room with two beds, one large and one small, which was perfect for three people. Disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, and cups were provided, making it feel very hygienic. The room also had a refrigerator and a safe. The hotel is conveniently located diagonally opposite Baojian Road and is very close to the duty-free store. The only slight drawback was that the soundproofing in the street-facing rooms was just average.

This is my third stay at this hotel, and honestly, for the price, you can't make a better choice. The front desk staff speaks Chinese, which made communication incredibly easy. Both the hotel's ambiance and amenities are superb. It features Jeju Island's only rooftop pool, and soaking there while watching the sunset is absolutely breathtaking. The room types in the new wing are all fantastic. My room this time faced a forest full of blooming hydrangeas, which was just gorgeous. They even provide a Dyson hairdryer in the room, which I was super happy about – it's rare to find one at this price point in most hotels for hair care. The toiletries are Bvlgari, and there's even an outdoor soaking tub. I genuinely adore this hotel!

While not right in the bustling city center, the location guarantees a quiet and peaceful environment. A bus stop is conveniently located right outside, making it super easy to reach the airport and explore local attractions. Our family room boasted lovely sea views, and we enjoyed a fresh selection of different sandwiches for breakfast every morning. There's a laundry room on the second floor, but just a heads-up that you'll need to bring or buy your own laundry detergent as it's not provided.

The hotel is very close to the airport, making taxi rides very convenient. It cost 6300 KRW to get here, and only around 20-something RMB for a ride-hailing service on the way back. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs. Exiting the 7-Eleven, Olive Young is immediately to your right, though their selection is limited. A CU convenience store is just a short walk past the side exit, to your left, and the friendly gentleman from Northeast China working there was truly welcoming. Diagonally opposite the hotel is 'About Coffee'. They have self-ordering kiosks with Chinese language options, and while there's no table service, it offers excellent value. Coffee and cakes are only around 20-something RMB each and taste quite good. Shilla Duty Free is conveniently located a few hundred meters to the left of the hotel. Check-in is strictly after 3 PM; early arrivals will not be able to access their rooms. The front desk does have Chinese-speaking staff. Some rooms feature bathtubs, while others have showers. The bathtub rooms lack shower curtains, which is a bit inconvenient as water tends to splash out. There were some stains on the carpet and walls. Disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers are not provided, so guests need to bring their own. Rooms are cleaned daily, and amenities are replenished, with two complimentary bottles of water provided each day. Both the mini-fridge and air conditioning unit worked great. Overall, considering the price of just over 300 RMB, it offers decent value.
