Hotels in Jeju Internation Airport / Yeondong, Jeju

Booked this hotel for 1 night stay as we were supposed to arrive late. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there is a bus stop very close, a lot of small restaurants and walking street. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Hotel personnel at the reception was very attentive, to our surprise one lady spoke Russian and helped us with the directions.

The hotel is close to the airport and only about a ten minute drive from many attractions. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were all friendly and the rooms were clean. However, there is room for improvement with amenities. For example, they only give you several small hand towels rather than a regular size body towel for after your shower. There is also only 1 plug for charging or plugging in appliances (like the kettle) in the whole room. I probably wouldn't stay here again as I have stayed in places with much better amenities. for the same price or less.

Very nice place at a great location. Rooms feel nice and clean with plenty of space for 2. You can find plenty of restaurants, duty free shops and bars in the surrounding area. Great place to stay if you aren’t willing to splash some serious money into one of the beach resorts

The room was great but the sockets were blocked near the bed. The reception helped me with this problem. We also used the transfer to the airport; it was easy and good.

You need software to communicate, but it is still smooth. The hygiene can only be said to be average. There is dust on the mirror and residual hair on the carpet. The room was a bit crowded, and the balcony could hold suitcases. There was no hot water at first, and it seemed that I needed to turn on the button in the cabinet? Anyway, it took a long time for the water to be hot. I slept comfortably, and the bed was soft. The airport drop-off service was very good, and it was very cost-effective in hotels with airport pick-up. It was just opposite the Lotte Duty Free Shop, which was really close, and the location was very good. There were many convenience stores and food nearby, and it was very lively. It was convenient to go everywhere, and taxis were also easy to get.

The cleaning lady gave me a different towel every day...sometimes big, sometimes small...The funniest thing is that on the last day, she took an alarm clock and rang it at the door of my room...I guess she wanted to wake me up to check out early. I recently stayed at LOTTE City Hotel Jeju and while there were some positives, I left feeling a bit underwhelmed. However, I was disappointed to find that most facilities come with an extra charge. This made my stay feel less value for money, especially considering the overall cost. Additionally, I encountered an issue with early check-in. Even though my room was available, I was required to pay a fee to check in early, which felt unnecessary and frustrating. Overall, while the hotel has its merits, the additional charges and policies detracted from the experience. I would recommend exploring other options that offer better value for money.
