We had a small room I. Second floor, directly facing the ocean, view vom the balcony was nice. You even have an ocean view from the bath tub. Room was quite bright in the morning since the bathroom had no sun blocking curtains an is just separated by a glass walll from the rest of the room. Great value for the money. Convenience shop in the building, restaurants etc. Close by.

Love the location so near to the beach. While the room is a little small, it was still great for a young family of 4 with 2 young kids. We slept on the floor mattress, which was still great for us. The kids love the experience.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, Seoubong Beach Hotel from Sept 23-26. While I had initially looked forward to a pleasant experience, I regret to inform you that the behavior and attitude of some of your staff members were awful. During check in the behaviour of your staff Kelly Oh to be discourteous and unprofessional. She was very rude. We booked and paid the room for 3 adults she asked us extra charge and could not explain for what we need to pay extra 30000 Won. She was very rude and almost kicked us out. I believe it is essential to bring these incidents to your attention so that you can take the necessary steps to rectify them. On Sept 24, during breakfast at your hotel's restaurant, I had a regrettable encounter with a member of your waitstaff. She rudely with a loud voice said to go out from the restaurant without waiting for our finishing the breakfast at 10:05 am. I have never seen in any hotel this kind of unprofessional attitude from staff members. I kindly request that you investigate these incidents and take appropriate action to address the behavior of the staff involved. Additionally, I hope that you will consider implementing further training and measures to ensure that such instances do not recur in the future. I value the importance of constructive feedback and hope that my concerns are taken seriously. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the actions taken to rectify these issues. If my concerns are not adequately addressed, I may have no choice but to share my negative experience through online reviews and social media platforms, which I would prefer to avoid. We had an amazing stay in Ramada hotel. The location is very convenient to explore the island. The staff is nice and friendly, always ready to help. The room is clean and comfortable. We would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

The hotel is well located, the rooms are large, and the breakfast is very comprehensive. The views from the pool are very nice, but we think if it were better maintained and the facilities were more upkeep, it would be a 10-star hotel!

I am satisfied with the breakfast provided. There is a shared kitchen so you can have a simple meal. The location is a bit secluded, but it is quiet instead. Overall, I am satisfied~

The location is also pretty good. However, if you come in without eating, there are few places to eat nearby in the evening. The walk to the pool is longer than you think, and the shower room is small, so it is difficult to shower.

It is a parent-child tour, although it is smaller but health is OK. The salty seaside is a bit far away, about 15 minutes walk. During the rain, we also let us use the dryer. It is clearly booked that 3 people go to the hotel or charge an extra 10,000 yuan (1 adult and 2 children)

The balcony is very comfortable and you can see the sea. The price is very cost-effective when booking one month in advance. It is next to Hamdeok Beach and it is very convenient to go to the beach in slippers. I like this hotel. Although everything is old, I like old things.
