I have been to more than 20 countries, but this hotel is the most frustrating one for me. We were given a corner room even though we had noted on the platform that we did not want a corner room. What was even more annoying was that we were given a room with knife marks all over the door. It was so scary. Something must have happened in this room. The toilet in the room did not flush, which was disgusting. I have to give it a bad review! I hope that the Ctrip platform is not just a middleman for buying and selling, and such problems should be responded to and solved accordingly!
