좋았는데 서비스가 좀 그래요

The hotel, pool facilities, and lake were all satisfactory. The slightly humid part was not a big concern because the hotel style was European, reminiscent of a cave. The pool snack food was good, and there were many paintings on display in the passageway to the restaurant, reminiscent of an art gallery, and the bakery I missed with a cup of coffee in front of the lake was also really cool. I took one strawberry cream mini cake that was left over and ate it, and it was so memorable and delicious. We had more theme park users than pool users, so it felt like we had rented the pool. It was a great time with the kids, and the water temperature was just right. Compared to other small pool facilities, it was beautiful even at night. If I had to pick a shortcoming, I would say it as an improvement rather than a shortcoming. I wanted to come in the summer, but the shower room and bathroom were not connected, which was inconvenient, and there was only one hot spring pool and one small steam room. I thought it might be too small for many people to use compared to the pool facilities. The size is too big and luxurious, but it is good. Of course, you can go into the hotel and wash up, but please just keep that in mind.

My husband and I made a quick 2 night 3 day trip. The hotel was strangely designed. The path from the hotel lobby to the room was long, so it took a long time to go in and out, and it was a bit difficult to find the way. Still, the room was very clean overall, and the service was good. The swimming pool . . . is far. It's okay if it's not winter, but it seems okay to take a hotel tour . . . I want to go again next time except in winter.

호텔 안에서 모든걸 해결하려면 최고의숙소임. 바닥도 카페트가아닌 바닥온돌이 들어와서 가족끼리오기에는 최고의숙소임. 다만 외부접근성이 떨어져 식사할경우 차로이동해야함

작년 11월에 부모님 모시고 가는 가족여행으로 7식구 방3개 예약해서 다녀왔습니다 호텔이 자연속에있어 너무 아름답고 공기도 좋아서 맘에들었지만 11월 야외수영장 물은 너무 미지근했고 이동시 너무너무너무 추웠네요 위치가 안좋아서 7식구 디너뷔페 예약했지만 그가격에 기대이하였습니다 식당내부도 너무 어두웠구요 오히려 조식은 가격대비 만족했습니다 체크인 체크아웃시 문제가 있었는데 응대가 미흡햇습니다 체크인시 3인 방을 나누는 과정에서 추가요금에 대한 안내가 부족했는데 직원이 아닌 우리쪽에서 알아채지 못했다면 추가요금을 내고 넘어갈뻔했습니다 체크아웃완료후 차를기다리는중 직원이 또 추가요금이 있다 계산하라고해서 카운터로 갔더니 직원실수로 추가요금이 없는걸 확인했으나 그후에 응대는 좀 실망스러웠습니다 일반 식당 카운터에서 계산잘못햇을때도 죄송하다는 말씀은 하시는데... 먼가 큰대우를 바라는건 아니지만...적지않은 돈을 내고 예약한 호텔 카운터의 응대 ,디너뷔페 ,수영장 물 온도는 만족스럽지 못했습니다 그 이외 호텔자체만은 너무 아름답고 청결하고 좋았습니다 춥지않은 날씨에 아이들과 방문하기엔 아주 좋은 호텔인것같습니다

모든것이 완벽한 호텔입니다 깨끗하고 서비스가 좋습니다
