入住當天就非常生氣，我定的海景房，我查房的時候就是兩大一小。明明顯示小童免費入住。我在後台衹寫了一個辦理入住人的名字。
酒店前台就説沒看到孩子，默認是嬰兒，我這個小朋友9歲了，需要加收費用，要求我前台付款。
一家人去旅遊我也不想吵架，直接給了。可是我今天還是來攜程後台重新下虛擬單，也是顯示小童免費入住，而且填寫名字裏麪沒有顯示辦理入住人的年齡。
訂的海景房，給我們的是很偏的海景。所以根本沒必要訂海景，跟山景差不多一樣的。浪費差價的費用。
對濟州印象很好，對這個酒店非常非常的討厭，下次一定不會訂這個酒店的。

로비와 객실 모두 깨끗하고 서비스도 친절하고 좋아요. 객실 침대도 큰 사이즈라 2인인데도 넉넉하고 화장실도 넓어요. 오션뷰가 아니었지만 마운틴뷰에서도 한라산 보여서 근사했어요. 1층 조식 서가앤쿡에서 먹었는데 매일 메뉴도 다양하고 푸짐해요.
2층 수영장에서 이틀동안 수영 계속했는데 수심이 아이들에 맞게 너무 깊지도 않고 적당해요. 수영장에 바로 아담한 온수풀이 있어서 저녁에
수영하다 추우면 들어가서 몸 녹이기 좋아요.

I was assigned an ocean view room, but when I entered the assigned room, it was a harbor view. It was noticeably different from the photo, so I requested a room change. After being reassigned, I immediately used the pool. After using the pool for about 30 minutes, I called the front desk and requested two shower towels. They said they would provide the towels to the room. While I was heading to the front desk to replace my phone charger, my girlfriend was showering. A Whistle Lock employee entered the room without permission using the master key.
My girlfriend panicked. I immediately reported this to the nearby police station, and criminal and civil lawsuits are pending.
