The hotel's location is truly fantastic. The Shilla Duty Free Shop is right downstairs, and Emart is within walking distance. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, for the price and location, it's a great choice.
Amenities: I loved the large terrace, where I could move the table and chairs outside for meals and conversation. I could cook in the room, and there was a microwave for heating up. There was also a washing machine with detergent and softener for washing clothes, though drying clothes was a bit of a hassle, and I had to find various solutions.
Cleanliness: I was quite disappointed, especially with the bedsheets and duvet covers. They felt like they hadn't been changed and were still a bit crumbly.
Service: Free mineral water was provided daily, but you had to pick it up on the 10th floor.

I stayed here with my younger sibling on the last day of our trip.
We had an early morning flight, so the location was conveniently close to the airport, and we were very satisfied with the accommodation itself.
The room was large and spacious, and the refrigerator was also large and nice.
The only downside was that there was only one elevator for the odd-numbered floors and one for the even-numbered floors. During peak hours, waiting for the elevator was a hassle.

The soundproofing is not that good. I can hear everyone fighting in the next room. Parking is no joke in the evening. Although it appears as Urban Stay Jeju Airport on Kakao Maps, there are actually about three hotels operating under the same name in one building, so just tell the taxi driver to take you to Urban Stay Jeju Airport.
The location was great, and the view from my room on the 18th floor was amazing. There was no noise from neighboring rooms or the floors above. It's an apartment rented out as a guest room, and it comes with a built-in refrigerator, microwave, stove, and pot.
However, there were many deficiencies, such as no bath towels, a frying pan but no dishwashing detergent, and no cups on the sink, which leaves me wondering whether they were forgotten or a trade-off for the price.
There's apparently an office on the 10th floor, so it might be worth asking if you have any questions. Being an older guy, I didn't make any special requests because it was too much of a hassle.
