I have stayed at this hotel for the third time and am still continuing to find new things about this hotel. I always knew there was an arcade in the hotel but I have never been to it, this is my first time being in there and was surprised to see they have a kids section, I expected all the games were for older kids (8-15), but my 2 year old niece was able to play some games that she liked too. The convenience store on the 4th floor was really convenient as we didn’t have to go out just to buy drinks or snacks since it was somewhat cold. The cafe on the 8th floor served amazing food, I actually ate there so many times during my 3 days stay there. The only problem I had was that the room was too hot to sleep in, we tried making the room colder, but the room stayed a consistent 25°C even after turning the temperature to 19°C for an entire day. I understand it was winter, but still it was way too hot and it made it uncomfortable to sleep in.

The hotel is good. A small incident happened at the laundry area whereby my husband hurt himself due to him missing a step in the laundry room, causing him to cut his foot on a sharp corner. Luckily the front desk lady, Ms Lim attended to him on time. Thanks to her. However, the hotel should do something at the sharp edge (photo 5)to avoid it happening again.

Pretty big hotel block, seafront including casino. The hotel room on the 3rd floor was also quite large, with sea views but unfortunately only averagely equipped. No sockets and bedside tables next to the double bed. Otherwise only a distribution box integrated with cable connection for electricity. No chair, no table and only pillows on the floor to sit down. Toothbrush only for an additional charge and no shaving set in the bathroom. The balcony with sea view, unfortunately so full of plants and ants that you could not stand directly at the parapet. Therefore only with a limited sea view. It takes off and lands very regularly and aircraft throughout the day. It didn't bother us, but you can hear it in the room. In the run-up to the trip.com app, I had tried to ask the hotel for an airport shuttle (chat, email via trip.com and direct email). All inquiries remained unanswered by the hotel. We then booked a taxi from the airport ourselves. Positive to the location, directly on the sea (without the beach) and with a walkway, ideal for jogging and walking. Breakfast buffet with a large selection and clean.

I had an incredible stay at the Whistlelark Hotel in Jeju! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Even though the area wasn't super busy, it was still close enough to the shopping street and duty-free shops, which was handy. It was also quiet at night, so we could sleep well. The room was clean and a good size, with a huge double bed that was perfect for couples. The people at the front desk were really nice and helpful. They helped us a lot, like getting back things we left at another hotel and printing papers for us. We really appreciated their help. Overall, I would definitely think about staying at this hotel again in the future.

The hotel is in a great location with a shopping district nearby. The room size was about right for a family. Housekeeping staff are polite whenever we encounter them. The not so good things would be the carpark. It's very cramped and if we are back late, there won't be lots around. Luckily the hotel has parking attendants around to guide. The other unpleasant experience would be with the breakfast bar. Apparently if we are late and still around after the opening hours, we will have eyes staring at us while we are eating. Overall comfortable stay but the experience with some of the staff was better.

Although the building looks old, their service is good and the room is clean. Good location and near the international airport, good place to eat and shop as well. I will book in this hotel again if I have a chance to go to Jeju next time. Strongly recommended.

Good location: Very near Black Pork street, market , and shopping street. Mac, 24 hour super market around the corner. Near to Jeju international airport. I rented a car and hotel location is good for me to drive to many attractions. local sea food stall and black pork street food stall are around the corner. Lucky to have a room with sea view. Very spacious room, with 2 super single bed combined to become king+ bed. Very comfortable mattress. Definitely Will recommend to friends who is coming to Jeju for tour.

The location is nice, close to the airport and city center. But the check-in time is too late (15:00), also no big towels for shower, they supply with 4 small ones (why?), also no toothbrushing sets. In addition, the facilities are quite old (especially leaking bath equipment). P.S. The view is awesome!
