Jeddah Hotels with Airport pickup service

The room was great - large and clean, with everything. I didn't really use any staff services - but I was disappointed to see the gym is not working, as that was one of the reasons why I booked the hotel. It should have been communicated before that it's not working. Otherwise a great option and his value in Jeddah!

Hotel staff were nice and accommodating. The hotel was little outdated for my liking and wasn't too keen on the room amenities. The location was good and I enjoyed the 93rd National day festive celebrations.

The hotel front desk prepared iced fruit drinks, Arabic coffee, cookies and dates for us to try for free. The guy at the front desk also enthusiastically taught us Arabic and introduced how to say thank you and hello in Arabic. Environment: The location of the hotel is not very good. Although it seems to be very close to the airport and the Sea Mosque, the amusement park and racing track next to it are under construction and the roads are blocked. Therefore, it is impossible to walk directly to the beach from the hotel. You have to drive 10 minutes with twists and turns to get to the Sea Mosque. Next to the hotel is the racing track, which is under construction and a bit noisy.

The room was good overall, but the wifi and mobile signals were a bit weak. The signal was good in the hotel lobby, but not in the room. The breakfast bread and scrambled eggs were delicious.

Maintenance problems are constantly, all the wings have a problem with the door hinges, the finching is not suitable, for example, the magic lens needs a length of 200 cm at least, the mirror of the sink is very high so that the frame is in the middle of the face,

The location is in the city but not ideal. There are not many places to eat and visit around. But the hotel is clean and the breakfast is good.
