Swissôtel Living Jeddah

The hotel is in a good location, with many restaurants and cafes nearby, and it is also close to a large supermarket. There is a cafe downstairs with a long queue every night. The overall facilities are good. Because it is a Living brand, there are washing machines and microwaves, which are very convenient. The hotel staff is enthusiastic and well-received! The only regret is that the room circuit inexplicably had problems on the last morning. The headlights were all on while sleeping, and the air conditioner turned on automatically. After turning off the lights, pressing the air conditioner switch would turn on all the headlights, but the air conditioner itself did not respond. In the end, the headlights would automatically turn on again without touching anything... After turning it on and off countless times, I went downstairs to the front desk, and they said that I could just swipe the new room card to activate it (it did work), but it felt like this was not the first time... After the temporary solution, an hour later, the TV turned on automatically again... It was really a very strange experience, but the hotel was good in other aspects.

The apartment hotel is fully equipped with washing machines, kitchen utensils, etc. Five-star new hotel highly recommended to stay. A large fountain can be seen outside the window. The service is very good and you can store your luggage. The location is also good. Recommended to stay.
