it's devastating to ask for an invoice for 2 months for my 5 days stay. called both the manager and the front desk - Ahmed and Shaker and they just give lip service without action! I was asked to move to another hotel during their ramadan season without prior notice and was informed that it would be better than this hotel. unfortunately went into a small hotel without hot water for shower. I paid and requested to refund as I had to find another hotel the same day, but was rejected. what I want to say is the responsibility level of the manager in this jeddah grand hotel is very poor. I will never stay in this hotel again

Because the nearby building was demolished, there were no taxis. I waited for a long time at the hotel entrance but no one came. This happened every day. Finally, I had to call a black car to go to the airport. The hotel is a bit old, so it smells a bit bad! The hotel is terrible. The service at the reception is terrible. Breakfast was not included in the daily rate, but because of the hotel's location, I had to have breakfast there, for a fee, once or twice. Horrible. Furthermore, they were dishonest with me on the last day, when I brought the amount that had been charged to me the day before, in cash, and they did not have change.
