Reception and staff of reception need major overhaul and doesn’t go with a brand like Mövenpick , very very poor reception area.

This resort is very rude to their guests. Mr. بديع from room service is doing a terrible job. We called him to order some soup for iftar, and 4 minutes before Eftar, we called to ask about the order, and he replied we would serve you 30 minutes after Eftar; our priority for people paying 200 SR for a set menu if you pay 200 per guest will serve you now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked why you didn't you inform us early; he couldn't reply if he had told me this earlier, I would be breaking my fasting in a restaurant outside the resort. This is unacceptable, and I would be escalating the issue to Accor customer services, or maybe I should not be their member anymore. We came here for a high end respected resort, not a place trying to rip you off

The service is terrible and chaotic (one day there was no breakfast, half a day without water), there is no beach at all, no restaurant, no facilities. The kitchenette is not equipped (no plates, no cutlery) Despite email by all accor that I was entitled to an upgrade, I needed to negotiate and in the end only got it for 2/3 nights, so we had to change the room in the middle. This is a place mostly for KSA nationals who want absolute privacy.

First off we checked in and the room smelled like sewer and stale cigarette smoke. Reported to reception and they sent a cleaner whom proceeded to spray air freshener and mop floor.... Mask the smell instead of discovering the root issue. My wife then cleaned the first 1.5 hours in the room. Bottom line is the place is old and not well maintained. Mold/Mildew and scum in the bathroom grout, water damage on the wood cabinets in bathroom. The kitchen counter and cabinets have burn marks and damage. Place just felt dirty!!! $600 a night you would expect a much better standard. Asked for a late checkout for 3pm was declined and then proceeded to tell my wife she had to be out by 1pm even though booking said checkout was 2pm. My wife called back and sent a copy of our booking and the reception said oh ok 2pm... like really... Don't be fooled by room pics and the view. the view is only positive note on the place. Total Dump!!!!

Very bad room, cleanliness like asphalt, worse treatment, and employees who do not understand anything in the hotel. I do not advise anyone to waste their money in a disgusting place like this. The cheapest hotel is better than this. Imagine getting up in the morning and ordering room service. An employee named Rania responds and says it is forbidden because you are out today 🤦🏻 ♂️ I have never heard this in my life 😂 There are types of stupidity, but something like this has never happened to me.

The hotel is not at a five-star level for the place in which we were accommodated. What was mentioned in the reservation was the type of accommodation (villa). It is not that. Rather, it is just a chalet with a small room, a hall, and an outdoor area with a small swimming pool. There is no beach on which you can sit or swim directly. There are two buildings next to the location of our room, despite the availability of places. Others are a little further away and this was not taken into account
