Sheraton Jeddah Hotel Reviews

I paid the same amount, but I don't know why the front desk arranged for me to stay in a separate building outside the hotel? The room was too basic, it didn't even look like a 3-star hotel, and the muffled noise in the room never stopped. I will never stay in this hotel again next time I come to Jeddah.

The room is clean and the scenery is beautiful. The buffet restaurant and breakfast on the 11th floor are rich and varied, with unique flavors. The waiters there are really nice and the driver is also very enthusiastic

If you are looking to stay at Sheraton, you will be disappointed. It costs more than 1,400 per night to stay in the annex building. The 3rd floor at the gate is similar to our domestic employee dormitory building. You cannot stay in the main building. If you stay, you need to pay more than 1,000 room fees. The room is very small, the bathroom is less than 0.8 square meters, and the room has no ventilation.

Rubbish. So far, I have stayed at the most rubbish Sheraton. The front desk staff is not service-oriented at all. Their attitude is simply infuriating. When I checked in, I was arranged a room facing a trash can. They said that Ctrip only provides such rooms. I did not accept it. I was willing to pay extra to upgrade the room. It was too late on the same day. They said they would change my room the next day. But when I went to the front desk the next day, they acted as if nothing had happened and said that I would wait for the manager to call me. But no one gave me any news at night. I went to the front desk again and they said they couldn't get through to me. Speechless. I gave up. It has been 2 nights. I know **** sometimes The room card will be deactivated. I specifically asked if this room card can be used. He said of course it can be used with great contempt. As a result, I couldn't even get into the elevator, so I went back to find him. When I got to the front desk, he told me that it was because I put the card together with my phone. I let it go and believed it. As a result, when I left the room and took another card, it was invalid again. I was speechless. When it was time to check out, I asked for a list, not an invoice. He told me to wait. After waiting for 5 minutes, I asked when it would be ready. As a result, he said with disgust that no, you can download it on the APP. I～～～really～～～

The most disappointing experience ever!!! I travel almost every 2 weeks and I always stay in Sheraton chain! But this time in Jeddah it was extremely terrible! Such a nice hotel but with rude/ unprofessional stuff. I spent 2 nights and moved to a new hotel after the cleaning lady Or someone who entered my room decided to search into my personal stuff and not only that, i also noticed some were missing. After I called the reception after i went back to the room and they didnt move a thing!! They gave me the impression that that was a normal and common thing in the hotel!! I couldn’t sleep the whole night and decided to check out the next morning. The manager on duty came to me and asked how my stay was and after i told her the story!! She had the audacity to ask me to not put a bad review under her name!!! Disregarding my situation and how I felt as an unhappy member!! CRAZY!! All she cared about was her review ?? She didnt even try to understand what happened or how could she help getting back my missing stuff!! Anyway, if you are looking for a good hotel in Jeddah there are so many great options but Sheraton is NOT one of them.

The location was ideal. The hotel was in great condition. All the staff were helpful and friendly that includes room service, reception, Bellman, and restaurant employees. Akshay Nair in the restaurant was great. The beds were comfortable and the rooms quiet. Only wish was that the swimming pool maintenance had been completed. I would have loved to take a swim since it was so hot.

Very yummy foods very good karaoke set up.Very accomodating staff especially Maria Jake and Roel they are so kind and they made our party memorable..Highly recommended Hotel for Kabayan Sheraton Night. Location is fit to stay with.85 DR is really affordable price and delicious food

We had some problems in the beginning but the manager came and he was very kind and solved it all and even compensated us for the trouble. Very good hotel, amazing view and I recommend to be part of the Marriot club (Bonvoy) so then you can have special treats.
