The hotel room was spacious with minimal furniture yet comfortable and clean.
Food choice for breakfast will suit more dinner rather than breakfast, but both the quality and quantity was satisfactory.
Will recommend use ceramic coffee cups rather than paper ones.

I had a confirmed booking with them for February. 02 days before my arrival date they sent me a mail cancelling my booking saying they are fully booked. I am unable to understand how they can cancel a confirmed booking and sell the room to someone else.

I was impressed the hotel is up to standard including complete amenities. However, it lacks some fine touches. I will state in Pros & Cons below: Pros: - Excellent breakfast - Clean and easy to find as well as parking - Convenient elevators no waiting - 24 hours room service - Friendly staff Cons: - Very long check in process. More training is needed for staff. - Do not use credit card for deposit preferably cash or you will have a hard time getting refund - No magnified shaving mirror. No desk lamp and not enough power sockets - Water pressure is very weak - No iron board I hope to see the enhancement on my next visit to the hotel.
