The air conditioner in the room is like a car engine. It makes a loud noise as soon as it is turned on. It is terrible! It makes me unable to sleep peacefully. The door of the refrigerator is made of glass, and the light of the refrigerator is always on. It feels so bad to sleep at night. The refrigerator is too bright! It cannot be turned off. The display screen of the phone next to the bedside table is also always on, which is terrible for people who like to sleep in a dark environment!
I think the hotel service staff is good, but the hardware facilities of the hotel are the worst I have ever stayed in!

I chose this hotel to be near The Falasteen Street Walk. Staffs are welcoming, the hotel room is super comfortable and breakfast on the 6th floor has an open view of the surroundings. There is a laundry in the next block - good to get your laundry done after umrah and pack your things up before heading home. The King Fahad Fountain is at the end of the street, best to go after maghrib when the fountain starts, by green taxi. I used Careem to get around.
